Do NOT move here unless you are on a top floor. These apartments are cheaply made and the walls are obviously thin. If your neighbor's alarm goes off, you will hear it. Ask about your upstairs neighbors first. I've been complaining about running and stomping over my head since I moved here in December and they can't do anything but try to "document" it, which is hard to do since it's not party noise. They claim to have a community attendant who has never shown up to investigate the noise I've complained about. Now, the noise line says they can only come out if the noise is happening at the moment. The office staff have come by and tried to listen for noise, but if it's not happening when they stop by, it's not a problem. I'm paying too much money to deal with noise every evening. Skip these apartments and find another property. Oh, and they will let you transfer units for a ton of money. Scam! Save yourself. read more

We stayed here for over 3 years, paid everything on time, and loved our stay in the apt, but when it came time to move out Corporate pulled out all the stops to "get paid." We were advised multiple times by multiple people that we would move from a long term lease to month-to-month, and that we could submit a 30 day notice to vacate because of our month-to-month status. We were required to be out of the apt at the end of those 30 days. After 3 years there was damage to the walls and some mineral buildup in the bathrooms that we offered to repair/clean after a walkthrough with the manager. For over 2 weeks we attempted to get a walk through and/or receive any feedback from the manager but there was no answer at all and because we no longer had access, we were unable to enter the apt and make repairs/clean. We were then charged $260+ for the paint and cleaning service AND have been charged an additional $1,030 for rent in the month following our move out. Everything we were told about the move-out process was either wrong information, misleading, a lie, or total avoidance. When we brought it up to Corporate and provided email evidence, they brushed it off as employees not knowing how to do their job. They said they would contact the manager of the complex to enact disciplinary action, which of course did not happen. When I called to see if the manager had been contacted, I was informed that they had not heard from Corporate at all. DO NOT allow them to speak to you on the phone or in person. Get absolutely everything in writing and avoid this trap. read more

for one I been in my apartment since November of 2024 and there's a few problems I have with the complex it's self. for one our apartment wasn't clean when we moved in and majority of our lights wasnt working and the walls have cracka all In them not only that but the blinds are different from each other. now on to our rent situation when we first moved in our rent is only sup to be 1350 now its1450 a month because they went up on the extra stuff the included in your rent. so like for the trash service,pet rent, water it all went up by 10$ each. I wasnt very happy because they didn't tell anyone. I would also like to say that the environment is very friendly and welcoming. Have been trying for nearly a month (my first) to speak with the property manager (if the position is even filled atm). There has been a new leasing agent (by themselves, no matter how inexperienced and without authorization to "do" anything except watch youtube with earphones in) every time I have taken off work to go down to the office which is only open between 10 am-5:30 pm (good luck trying to beat traffic and make it there with 30 min to spare to find the office closed or find someone unable to complete any request). Even on Saturdays (pm is always off). I've written emails, left voice messages, spoken to support, filed complaints with corporate. Still nothing. I have so much to clear up with my contract because the moment I signed my lease they fired my agent and no one can help me or wants to touch my account. I'm hoping a bad review will get someone to contact me. 1000% don't recommend, so far it's been the case of "was too good to be true, should've known better - def on me". Well finally have to voice a complaint to the 'bigger community' after renewing for another 6 months. I know the business center is provided as is to tenants, nice to have computers and printer, yet I've lost count (10 over 6 months?) how many times I went to print/scan and maybe a sign is attached 'waiting for toner'. Usually you go to the closet and get another toner. Not at Bexley, one has to be ordered and definitely not Express delivery. Right now the sign has been on the printer for 10 days! Same as last time! Come on, why not buy in quantity for a lower price, and watch when your stock gets low? Really this has been a common problem, even with staff changes! Its a problem begging for a fix!! Otherwise nice property! Even when your heat goes out on a below freezing weekend Sunday morning! I called the emergency line and left a message. I went out to warmer places. Called the emergency number back a few hours later. "Oh, I'll get a hold of repair to see whats going on". Well a 3rd call just after lunch got a vmail from maintenance - "we did your repair hours ago!" Probaly a 3 hour repair, I was out of freezing apartment for 6 hours. Would really be nice if someone confirms the emergency service, and contacts you when done - not hours later. Only 2 complaints I have. Usually everything working. read more

The first year was great, I really enjoyed this place, It was so peaceful . Not sure if it was because it was during covid 2020 or if this place has always been so clean and peaceful, but now it's going downwards fast. The hallways always smells like weed and garbage. Loud music on the pool area is constantly playing until late hours at night. Good luck using the pool on the weekends in a peaceful way. Its always extremely pack and most of the people on the pool area don't even live here and is not your respectful kind of people. Stairs get full of garbage and it takes them weeks to clean it. The hall ways smell like garbage because tenants don't respect the garbage time schedule so the garbage gets left in front of the apartments for days until it gets pick up. There is never parking here. If you come home after 8pm good luck finding a parking spot. Specially on weekends where 1/2 of Dallas comes here to hangout. I've notice multiple family's living in 1bd apartment and I'm sure the parking issue get affected by this. Good luck if you walk by their grass area, because tenants don't pick up after their dogs. I'm not sure If the Baxley community lower their standards in regards renting apartments to just any one. This is my second year leaving here and I'm terminating my lease. Can't do this no more. After living here for almost two years, I have seen it all. I'm sure most of the glowing 4 and 5 star reviews were written by newer residents who hoped to win a $50 or $100 gift card in exchange for a glowing review, a clear violation of Yelp's Terms of Service. My review is unbiased and reflects my true experience living in this complex for going on two years. The good: The location is great. Proximity to 20, 30, 360, and 161 is awesome. I love the Amazon Hub. It's very convenient because I can pick up packages any time of the day or night. Since the Epic has been built, there are walking trails and the community is very pet friendly. I enjoy the ability to take my pet to the dog park and bathe him during the warmer months. The gym is convenient and very rarely crowded. Going to work out in the mornings or evenings is a nice perk and the gym is a great amenity. The pool is a nice amenity, when it's not crowded or dirty. The bad: Walls are paper thin and my upstairs neighbor sounds like Big Foot who stomps around in high heeled stilettos 24/7. Mailboxes are hard to get to and not centrally located. Parking is awful. When the current property management company took over, they did not reassign parking stickers to anyone so there is no way to designate who is a resident and who is not. So parking is just a free for all. People are ratchet and every other car is backed in. Some cars have plates, some don't. Most cars in the parking lot are not residents, so some residents who pay upwards of $1200 of rent monthly have to search high and low for parking while "guests" enjoy prime parking. Instead of simply issuing parking decals to all residents, the property management company just refuses to address the issue at all. They also refuse to enforce the signs about towing. I've not seen one car towed and I have only seen one car ticketed in my entire time living here. I pay $125 monthly (which is absolutely ridiculous, by the way) for a garage and I have had my garage obstructed by another car an insane amount of times. I contacted the office about having it towed and you know what they said? They said that I needed to call the towing company. Excuse me? I pay $1315 in rent and $125 for a garage and you are telling me to call a tow company? What are you doing in the office? Clearly not working because I'm doing your job by reporting what's going on and calling the tow company. I called and the lady hung up in my face and the car was never towed. Two strikes for me on that front. That entire situation could have been solved by the front office calling the owner of the garage and saying, "Hey, you're blocking your neighbor in the garage next to you. Do it again and you will be towed." Simple as that. That's all I requested, yet I was told to call the tow company. It's so frustrating because they are so passive, which is why the ratchets have taken over this property and good residents like me are on the way out. The ugly: The transition between property management companies was not smooth. It was ugly, abrupt, and quite frankly over 6 months later they haven't recovered. There is a new cast of characters in the office every few months. Many of the original residents have left and the new crop of residents is ratchet. Rent has gone down for new residents but old residents are paying a premium. They're begging people to move here and offering over half off of the first month's rent. Why? Because the apartments are dirty, smell like trash because they don't enforce policies like trash should only be put out on certain days and times, and there are lots of criminal-esque people who live in and hang out in this complex despite its proximity to the big police station down the street. I have seen people walking around here who clearly have criminal affiliations toting guns in broad daylight, sporting no parking decals, and management is well aware of this fact. That's quite sad. There are also men here who think it is appropriate to harass women into dating them. I have encountered several men here who made me feel uncomfortable and didn't get the memo that I was not interested. When I say made me feel uncomfortable, I'm talking borderline stalking. When you prepare to move, be prepared for the most ridiculous check out procedures of any apartment complex on earth. This property management company only schedules move outs on Sundays and walk-throughs on weekdays. Excuse me? So you mean to tell me that I have to move out on a Sunday and then a walk-through on a separate day because why? That makes no sense whatsoever. I even asked to move out two weeks early and that was still considered breaking my lease (how Sway?) and would necessitate me paying a $300 reletting fee and would not even lower my rent at all. Um, ok. On that note, I'm out. No wonder they have so many vacant apartments. Needless to say, I am ready to pack my bags, boxes, moving truck, and car so I can get the heck up outta here. read more

My fiancé and I have been here for 4 months now. We enjoy living here overall. It's a beautiful place and we love the area. The staff is very nice and they host cute events for the residents (Covid friendly, of course). I really like the Amazon hub convenience. The dog park and access to the EPIC/Warrior trail is cool too! The maintenance guys are great and fast! Now, the not so good stuff... Parking. We finally gave in and got a carport. If you aren't home before 5 or 6, you may be circling and looking for a spot far way from your actual apartment. Next, the awful, annoying sound of the garages opening and closing. It's my first time living at an apartment with garages on the first floor so, maybe this is normal???? We are on the second floor and there's a garage under our bedroom. I am a healthcare worker and I work night shifts often. So, it is pretty frustrating when I am going to sleep at 8am after a 12hr shift and the sound of factory machine goes off two hours later. Can this be fixed/improved?? Asking for a friend. Haha Anyway, I would still recommend Bexley to others. :) read more

This apartment complex is absolutely stunning and the staff is so professional! I moved in last December and Bertha, Gaby, and Missy have all been so wonderful to my husband and I! We enjoy how clean the complex is and how prompt they are to helping us with whatever questions and concerns we may have. If you are thinking about moving here I'd say YES YES AND YES! The apartments are spacious, luxurious, and in a prime area. Everything is accessible and I enjoy being near the Epic rec center! Also, the community is very safe! Definitely recommend! My fiancé and I chose Bexley Central Park as it came highly recommended from a co-worker. When we came in to meet with the management staff and do a tour we immediately knew this was the place for us. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating going above and beyond to make you feel at home. The move in process was extremely easy and communication was excellent. Upon move in everything was extremely clean and had personal touches from the management staff to really make you feel welcome. All community areas as well as the property are maintained to the highest level. I highly recommend this property as the residents here are extremely friendly and the staff works hard to ensure that everything is in working order and are there quick if you need anything! read more

I moved here in July from another apartment community in Grand Prairie. It's been great so far. It's literally in the middle of Dallas and Forth Worth. The pool was recently revamped with new pool furniture, as the old furniture looked outdated. I hope the upgrades continue. It's a beautiful property and the leasing staff are very nice! read more
