The office staff is the friendliest group of ladies I've ever met in an apartment office, they truly make you feel at home. The apartment itself is spotless. The bedroom carpets look brand new, and the wood-patterned floors in the main areas are super cute. The kitchen and bathrooms are definitely my favorite parts. The kitchen has a large granite island with overhead lighting, under-cabinet track lights, and all modern, updated appliances. The bathrooms are beautiful. They have huge, clean tiled tubs, double sinks in both bathrooms, and more cabinet space than we even know what to do with. We also love the community amenities. Playing pool, corn hole, and swimming in the large pool has been so much fun. But honestly, the best part of living here is the welcoming atmosphere. From the maintenance team to the office staff, everyone is genuinely friendly, and that makes us feel at home.

The natural light from the huge bedroom window and two sets of patio windows is amazing. Speaking of the patio, it is massive--a rare find for most apartments--and easily fits a full furniture set, offering incredible sunset views over the city. The kitchen also has plenty of counter space for cooking and small appliances. It's a perfect setup for a single person or a couple. The community itself is quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors have been great. While the back gate had a brief issue early on, management promptly fixed it, and the gated access has been reliable ever since. The leasing office--especially Timeka and Monica--has been incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions from day one. Management does a fantastic job of keeping residents informed, and maintenance has always been fast. I love this community so much that I decided to stick around, renew my lease, and transfer into a larger 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom floor plan with an extended patio and a garage! The upgrade has been fantastic. The ladies in the leasing office remain incredibly sweet and helpful, and the maintenance team continues to be top-notch, often resolving work orders the exact same day. The grounds are clean, the environment is peaceful, and it remains the best apartment community I have ever lived in.

We have a vacant unit behind me that was the source of the infestation.

This…read morecomplex is currently under investigation by the Tarrant County Public Health Department for communicable diseases due to roach and rat bacterial infections and infestations. First my apartment was infested by roaches, I would see five to 10 a day (see photos). They literally would get on my plate of food after I made dinner within seconds. I was charged a monthly "Pest Control Fee" and notified management multiple times, but they never fixed it. Second, I lived downstairs and the upstairs neighbor had a large black pit bull that WOULD NOT take his dog to the dog control area to use the bathroom. He let the dog POOP right under my window and all around my downstairs apartment. Even on the concrete (see photos). I notified management multiple times and even supplied photos and video, but they never did anything. I was given an apartment on move-in that had NO WINDOW SCREENS and NO SECURITY LOCKS for the windows. They were broken on move-in (see photos). Anyone could just come right in my window. I had to go to Home Depot when I moved in and pay $56.87 for two security locks on the windows. There were huge gaps between the drywall and the flooring because the building foundation was so bad, that bugs and ants from the outside could easily just walk in the bedroom. The trash is was just dumped all over the complex, yet we pay a garbage and trash clean up fee of $10 every month (see photos). Finally upon move out, I left the apartment exactly as I got it. I hung nothing on the walls and I didn't even use the kitchen cause of the massive roach infestation. They charged me $159.47 move-out fee AND another $53.72 electric bill fee for four days even though I was moved out of the apartment as was gone. Just completely scammed me. Stay away from this roach infested, ripoff complex.

When I walked in the door, Andrea greeting me and assisting me right away. And Robyn has been nothing but awesome. They both gave us a tour and explained the whole application process. Robyn was very responsive and she kept her word with contacting me regarding an update on my application. The maintenance staff keep the property very clean. The fitness center is a good size and is always kept clean. I haven't got to use the volleyball court or pool yet, but it looks great. The only two improvements I can think about is that there are: 1. you receive many emails that you get during and after the application process and it is a little difficult to keep track of which one is most important. It's not only from the apartment complex but from third-party apps as well. 2. Assure you have your parking permit visible , and If you have a visitor, please follow the instructions regarding visitor parking because there is a tow company that is regularly here and will tow your car quickly. I have been a resident for about four months and I have no complaints. I feel very safe residing here along with my 10-year-old.

Immediately Callie and Shawanda made my husband feel greeted and heard when he toured on his own and then Daniela was knowledgeable when we brought our whole family to see the place. Our unit is still being power washed before moving in, which I appreciate the extra effort to make the place as new as possible before we start living there! First, they transferred the deposit to the new apartment which I did not agree with. They then determined that the other individual needed to pay a new deposit after he moved in and they mailed me the deposit after the 30-day Texas code and blamed us because we did not fill out paperwork that they never sent. They removed monies for urine-stained carpet but did not identify this via the move-out inspection. I would recommend that you find another apartment complex within Mansfield. Not worth their poor management.
