Lived here for a year, homeless people slept in the "gym" area & had to cal the cops on a pair squatting across the hall from me. They busted out the lock and everything. I also saw a dog hop from someone's car and attack someone walking down the side walks. Lots of homeless people around the 711, smoke shops, storage places, etc. Lots of poop on the property and they had a drive by at the mailboxes INSIDE the complex a few years back. Also so close to the airport you can read the flight numbers on the planes. Terrible complex for the amount of money youre paying. Nevermind the pool parties that go well into the mornings. read more

My apartment is uninhabitable. My apartment has a plumbing issue that was painted over when I first moved in a few days ago. The water stain is growing and encompasses more than half the length of the wall, near the carpet. The carpet is wet from waste, and my apartment smells like manure. I am unable to use the toilet, electrical socket on the wall and enjoy the comforts of my home because I am fearful of the sewage smell and spreading of water. Do I really have to spend 16 months in this dump? Please help. (Update 9/26/17: please disregard Camden's response. The issue has not been resolved the last time I checked, which was this morning when I woke up. Until I am able to go home after work to see if the issue is resolved, Camden, do not say it's been resolved when is has not). read more

Loved here almost 2 years ago and the management was trash! Hopefully it has changed. Not pet friendly! Nowhere to even walk your dog, but they want to charge pet rent. Put in my notice and they had the nerve to call my new apartments to complain and told them I had multiple complaints. Really? Then why did y'all want me to continue my lease? How childish. Only good thing was the maintenance men. read more

If you want your apartment broken into or veh stolen this is your place. If you are a theif and need a new place for new potential clients...umm....there are plenty of theives here, pick another spot. After only living here for 3 days our apartment was broken into and TV stolen, obviously someone was watching us. They then allowed us to move to a different apartment on property and paid for movers to move us to only have my sisters boyfriends truck stolen a month or so later. The staff actually had the guts to ask us if we had enemies....REALLY!! You just have some crappy residents. This has been several years so hopefully they have new management and a background check is now done on residents.... Cheers to improvements that is the only way you could really go in my opinion! read more

Overall a pretty good place to live. We got in with pretty good rent for their smallest unit. Pros: Great interiors, updated appliances, well cultivated landscaping. Minutes from DFW airport and a nice midway point between Fort Worth and Dallas. Maintenance is friendly and prompt. Walls seem to be thick enough to drown out all but the most obnoxious neighbors. Walking distance from TRE. Cons: Grocery stores are a bit of a trek. Area food options are fairly limited for a sit down meal. Required cable and valet trash service tacks on around $50-60 / month. Don't watch cable, but when I did the charter service was horrible -- cutting in and out on nearly every channel worth watching. Other notes: I found the duct work to be pretty horrible so our A/C was really inefficient, driving our electric bills up far beyond what we should have to pay for 800sqft. I actually reached turn off a light switch and felt cold air blowing out of the receptacle. That means cold air was circulating within the walls better than throughout the apartment. We had our bikes chained to the railing in the breezeway (3rd floor) and they were stolen. That's the risk you take, but for a gated community (whose gates have often been broken) I would have expected at least some tone of sympathy from the management. Instead, I got a pretty lazy excuse, "The contractors still haven't given us a quote." As a business owner, I can see both sides of that coin --they're not technically liable-- but it is difficult to see the gates stuck open so often and see emails about "Ice Cream Socials" and so on. I can buy my own ice cream, I can't buy a security gate. I want to know that my property manager is concerned about the same things I am. Overall, I was fairly happy with the 800sqft for $950 per month all said and done, but I feel like the rent had gone up significantly by the time we were thinking about renewing. Other areas worth considering within a 5 minute drive are Bear Creek area and some apts north of 183 on 360 in Euless. read more

So far, this has been the best apartment experience I've had. Gina made the application process so easy! Everything was done online and it was a breeze. We did have a small issue the day before we moved in when I stopped by the office to pick up our keys. I was told that there was no communication that we would be moving in the next day so the keys weren't ready BUT Rosemary helped me and everything worked out perfectly. I like these apartments a lot. It's clean and the neighbors are pretty quiet and mostly keep to themselves. There's even a dumpster for recycling which is wonderful. I feel like any time we've needed anything, the staff has been on top of it! There are a couple of small issues with this apartment complex. The parking space is quite limited and if you get home around 7-8pm, you may have to park very far from your unit. I am also willing to pay for a covered parking spot but there are none available on our side of the complex. If I had to renew my lease (which I would) I would try to get a unit on the other side of the complex. Our unit faces Trinity Blvd which can be a very busy, loud street and you can hear people honking, fire trucks and ambulances all throughout the day but it could be worse. I'm just glad we don't have rowdy neighbors. Overall, I think we've had a pretty great experience so far. read more

I have lived at Camden Centreport in 4 different apartments over the years. I always come back because it always feels like home. I work at a different Camden community but Centreport has always been my favorite. My dog Patches loves it too and loves to go for walks in the neighborhood. Rosemary is always quick to help me with any issues I might have and I have made live long friendships with my neighbors at the pool. The maintenance guys are friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Since I work for the airlines I was really excited to get an apartment close the DFW. I signed a 15 month lease and was hoping to work a lot and enjoy apartment living close to work and cafes and a nice pool. Well, everything in the apartment worked nicely but the carpet wasn't as nice as in the model they had shown me. The worst thing was that since I was on the ground floor I had someone above me and unfortunately this person had a very heavy footstep. He also had a habit of brushing dog's hair and tossing it off his patio, which blew right on to mine. Oh, and he also threw his cigarette butts off the patio as well! I realize the apartment management isn't responsible for tenants walking loudly so I put up with that. The other bad things that happened were: Getting my car towed one night because I parked in a new spot that had been designated for someone who was handicapped. That cost me over $200! Well, finally I found a house in the area and gave them 2 months notice. I was a very quiet tenant who always paid rent early and on time. Nevertheless I had to pay an extra months rent penalty plus $300 extra for breaking my lease! I left two weeks early, but that didn't matter. They also kept my damage deposit of $250 and charged me an extra $70 claiming that I damaged the carpet! I will give them credit for a beautiful clubhouse with complimentary coffee & Hershey's kisses; and computer room to print out things. But after I spent what I did there I felt really ripped off in the long run. Sadly, it's the frosting on the cup cake that looks and tastes great while the cake (being the actual apartment) is rotten. Prospective Renters Beware! FYI: My rent was $1292 for a 2 bedroom/2 bath. I am living here since last September. The service here is very very poor. Ever since we moved...they are doing any renovations or repair so something or other is not working. Mail facility is worse, frist of all they don't accept mail in the leasing office on your behalf secondly they don't have coordination with USPS carriers. Your important mails are at your own risks to get. Lot of breaking happened. No other amenities than the pool. No enough parking spaces for even residents forget about visitors. Their pedestrian gates have a weird systems..if visitor comes it's difficult them to guide to their visitors parking everytime. I have to go with my each and every guest to guide them to park and come to my apt. And of course you see their apt rents are high but not worth. I might break my lease here... read more

My family and I have lived at Camden Centreport for over 6 years. This is the best place I have lived at. Although I work for Camden I lived here before I started working here. My kids love living at Centreport, they have made many friends here and having the school bus right out front sure is convenient. My apartment is beautiful and the maintenance team couldn't be beat. They are such hard workers and always take care of our residents and our community. This is truly care free living. We enjoy grilling at the pool year round ( we are in Texas ) and working out at the fitness center any time of day. read more

My husband and I have enjoyed our time at Camden Centreport. We chose this apartment complex with the idea of a short commute to the American Airlines headquarters where my husband was employed. We were extremely pleased with how helpful the staff was when helping us find an apartment here, Dorit is the greatest help you will find while staying with Camden. The pool is so gorgeous and the trash service is great for guests. Our only complaints are that the gym does not have a lot to offer and there is no dog park or walking trails inside the apartment grounds. read more

I've lived here coming up on a year and the staff is extraordinarily friendly compared to anywhere I've lived. They also have happy hour, treats for your pets, BBQs, etc, etc. all the time. Maintenance is on top of things. I've never gone more than a day without a request because filled, no matter how small. Everyone here must work a 9-5 though because during those hours parking is plentiful, otherwise, not so much. I'm not too keen on the area around Centreport (See; Irving, HEB...), but if you have to live near DFW, and you can afford it, this is probably your best place. read more

Maintenance staff are really awesome, They are always there when we need. Nice environment with no noise of surrounding and plus neighbours are also quite. from the time i walked in to the time i signed my contract i was treated so nice from the whole team here they are so awesome!!! Rosemary was the one who helped me with the whole process and i have to say she made this this thing so much easier, answered all of my questions and i never felt like she was being dishonest about anything! as a FLIGHT ATTENDANT i feel i have chose the right apartments to move into!!! would recommend this property to any and everyone! they always send emails about little cute activities they have going on in the community center the last one was valentines day and it just felt good to see that the property actually cares about there community! I learned first hand the grass isn't always greener on the other side of the fence. I have lived in two Camden Properties over the last 3 years and was sad that my lease was up in the middle of January. I decided to seek out greener pastures or so I thought. I was scheduled to move into a new build less than a mile down the road. They were offering a credit of 2 months rent on a 13 month lease. A credit to be used as you wished was what I was told at the time I toured the apartment. However this was not the case. When it came time to sign my lease they informed me that I could not use the credit for the half month of January. The management at the new build was extremely misleading. This is where the management at Camden Centreport came through as they always do. I called in a panic as I had already signed my intent to vacate. However the community manager was amazing, paitent, and like always willing to work for their residents. The ladies in the office are always willing to help and work with you no matter how small or large the issue is. The maintenance staff is first class! They respond to work orders and request often resolving the same day! The only two things that I can say negative about the property is that I wish it had a dog park and a more updated gym. But besides that for the money Camden Centreport is a GREAT place to live. I will live with Camden Properties as long as I'm renting an apartment and there is a Camden Property close by. I truly appreciate all that Camden has done to make me feel at home! There isn't another property I would rather live at in the Centreport area other than Camden. No matter how much newer, updated, and expensive it is! read more

I've lived here since 2010 and I love it! I love the staff and how quickly maintenance responds when your in need (they even changed a light bulb for me! :) ). Price is average for the area, but mainly I love the staff...and the pool! read more
