After 16 years of marriage- Covid quarantine threw us over the edge. We knew we had been arguing a great deal, but found it to be our "norm". We had lost touch with ourselves & one another, and were just living day by day in a frigid environment of harsh communication, frustration, silent treatments, & very little intimacy. We were heading down a road towards divorce. But- our 23 years together had us both feeling that we needed to fight for our marriage & each other.
