After weeks of searching, I booked an appointment at Lash N Dash and was paired with Daisy. Did I choose her? No. Was I mad about it? Also no--because everyone there looked like they had lash superpowers. Let me tell you--Daisy is a gem. She's sweet, professional, and makes you feel like you've known her since middle school. I walked in and immediately thought, "OK, this place is cute!" Yes, the lash tables are in a row, but I've rarely overlapped with other clients, so it always felt chill and not like a lash assembly line. The real magic? My lashes were always snatched to perfection. Full, fluffy, fabulous--and my natural lashes stayed healthy the whole time. After a year, I tried a closer spot (gas is expensive, OK?), but it just wasn't the same. I ended up crawling back to Daisy with foreign lashes, and guess what? Where do I start? I had been going to Maranda (who works in the same space as Zandra). Then, after several days of trying to reach her I had left a review. I had been trying to book appts, had existing appts booked, and she just completely dropped off the face of the earth. I didn't hear a thing from her until my review is published, and now she's saying that there's been a death in her family. While I can empathize with someone going through that, it seemed she had only reached out at that point in hopes that I would remove my review (which was originally done, feeling sorry for her). After doing so, she conveniently asks me to find another lash artist. I'm sorry - but this is not worth the headache!! Horrible things will happen in life but just like I would have to notify my employer if something happened, as a business owner you should be keeping your clients up to date as well. Not just when a review is left. Hopefully this will be a lesson to her to be more professional.

When I stood up and looked at them in my car, I saw over-processed, bent and severely misshapen eyelashes. It looks like some tint was also left on me as well. This first picture is example of a photo I took of a lash lift and tint from someone in May, and the other two other photos are from the service I received today. I cannot get them redone for almost two months, and I'm stuck with these results. I got this done before a trip as well:/.

She did great work for the price of 80-145$ depending on how long I had gone without an appointment. I never paid more than 150$ even at 5 weeks and that's with a 21% tip. She did however often missing areas and the lashes started falling off within a week of a visit not each time but frequently. I went 4 months without an appointment due to allowing my lashes a break and to grow naturally with vitamin. When I came back naturally, I guess I expected her to remember my lash style after having me as a client for four years and following her to new beginnings. Unfortunately, this was not the case when I sat in her chair she finished my lashes with a regular thin lash. I paid normal 166.75 that was including a 21% tip. I messaged her a day later asking for another appointment to give a full thick lash style. She charged an extra 25$ . . Which I was OK with as services are not free and I should've mentioned while in her chair.. 3weeks later I asked for another appointment.. scheduling conflicts prevented, and it took a week extra to get a scheduled appointment. I actually had to reach out to her because she ignored.My efforts to schedule an appointment before the 4 weeks mark . She proceeded to do my eyelashes with a hybrid cat eye. Completely satisfied as always with her work , never expecting perfection or complain about her work ethic she handed the payment device with a total amount of 189.75$ for a full hybrid cat eye with a 15% tip ... I was in shock as I was only prepared to pay my 120-140$ for a new full set ... Very upset and having to contact family to send an extra 60 for completing the service she provided .. we went back-and-forth on the amount I typically pay... I left letting her know she has lost a five-year client and she should inform people if prices go up.
