I've been coming to Fluffy Lashes for over a year and, until today, I've generally had good experiences. Unfortunately, today's visit was extremely disappointing and left me feeling disrespected as a paying, returning customer. My original appointment was scheduled for 6:00 PM, but I contacted the technician to see if there were any earlier openings. She offered 12:30 PM, which I gladly accepted. I arrived about five minutes early and waited to be taken back. Once I was with the technician, I showed her a picture of the lash style I wanted. Her demeanor immediately felt uninterested, but I initially gave her the benefit of the doubt. As she prepared my eyes, she was moving extremely slowly, and when I asked whether she was removing my existing lashes since I was there for a fill, she didn't respond. Shortly afterward, I began experiencing burning around the sides of my eyes. I told her several times that it was burning, but I felt ignored. She continued huffing and puffing, which made me increasingly uncomfortable. I finally asked, "Is there something wrong? Do you not want to work on me?" She responded that I was closing my eyes too tightly. I explained again that my eyes were burning, but at that point I no longer felt comfortable continuing. I asked for another technician. The manager came over and told me another technician could assist me, but I would need to wait approximately 5-7 minutes because she was finishing with another client. I agreed and was willing to wait. Unfortunately, while I was waiting, several other customers walked in. The technician I had been told would see me next finished with her client and then took another customer, leaving me sitting there. At that point, I decided to leave. What bothered me most wasn't simply having to wait--it was the way I was treated and made to feel as though my time and concerns didn't matter. I was a loyal customer who made an appointment, arrived on time, communicated respectfully, and was willing to wait for another technician after an uncomfortable experience. I'm extremely disappointed because I have supported this business for over a year. Unfortunately, after today, I will not be returning. Customer service matters, especially when someone is spending their hard-earned money with your business. I hope management takes this experience seriously and addresses how customers are treated when they raise legitimate concerns. read more

As soon as I walk in the place is very nice and welcoming, and I go and sit down. I almost fell asleep in the lash chair as it was so comfortable. I got a lash lift and the service seemed really good, but as soon as I left and looked in my car mirror, my lashes were over curled and almost just like rod shaped. I did everything I could to get them looking back to normal, but they ended up just looking short and stubby. I got this done at the beginning of June for my trip so I didn't have time to get them fixed and they are just now starting to return back to normal but they keep getting all tangled as some have fallen and some have not. Unfortunately, the decline in customer service has been impossible to ignore. I had an appointment scheduled but experienced a family emergency and was unable to call during my work shift to cancel. I fully acknowledge that forgetting to cancel was my mistake, and when the office called, I immediately apologized and took responsibility. What I did not expect was to be yelled at over the phone by an employee named Karen, who raised their voice at me about how the staff "drove all the way there" and how they "come in by appointment only." Before I could finish apologizing, she hung up on me. I was so shocked by the hostility that I called back to explain that while I understood their frustration, there was no reason to speak to a long-time customer with such disrespect. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing. Missing an appointment deserves a fee or a firm reminder, not being berated and hung up on. I should also note to NOT get lash lifts here too because they burn your lashes. The last few times I've been here, they fry up your lashes real nice, so I do not recommend. Excellent lashes can only carry a business so far. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience made me reconsider whether I want to continue supporting this establishment. read more

Had my first ever lash appointment at this location, based on reviews I did request to have Lana do mine. She is so amazing, gentle, helped pick what lashes would better suit my eye shape. She was even kind enough to put some lashes on and then show me to see if I like the style. The atmosphere was very calming. Each bed is put behind a curtain and feels so relaxing. I came here bc I loved some of the photos left as reviews. When I went I LOVED the set they gave me!!! They were super cute and exactly what I asked for! I went back after my trip and I asked for the same thing but got someone else and received a really weird and horrible set... I noticed a lot of the lashes were cut, it was obviously uneven and I was told it was "long and same length" as well as straight for some reason not really curled... I asked her to remove or fix them and she called someone else. They said the same thing, it's what I asked for and it's long. I showed them the photo of what I got last time here and they said okay we can add spikes so they did that and it still looked pretty awful but I took it and left. The third time I went. I asked her to pls give me what I want and I heard her use scissors and just knew it would look bad. It looks like I have a lazy eye, very uneven, not full whatsoever and just bad. I'm not saying this place is horrible but unfortunately the 2&3 time I went back it was the same person and both times looked awful. The first two times I came here, I absolutely fell in love with this place. I was taken in right away without having to wait, and the first two technicians who did my eyelash extensions were amazing. However, once I started coming in more regularly, I noticed that the customer service and quality of work slowly began to decline, which was frustrating and disappointing. When I returned for another appointment, I asked if they could tell me who had done my lashes previously so I would know who not to request in the future. I was told they do not keep records of which technician services each client and that they could not figure it out, which I found surprising. Communication was also difficult at times due to the language barrier, making it hard to clearly express my concerns. Additionally, they do not accept debit or credit cards, only cash or Venmo, which can be inconvenient. During my last visit, I noticed several of my eyelash extensions were not applied straight as they should be. I constantly had to fix them throughout the day, which became extremely annoying. I was very frustrated and disappointed, especially after having such great experiences initially. I hope they can correct the issue at no cost or at least offer partial credit. Update: I genuinely enjoy coming here now. It may have just been one off experience because lately I love my lashes every time I come in. I was originally referred here by my gf who has been coming for years. Prices are VERY affordable for lashes and haven't changed even with the state of our current economy. Only reason I'm still able to maintain my lash extensions. All the lash ladies here are friendly and very sweet! I've had several lash techs do my lashes but my go-to now is Ivy. Kelsi and holly are also very good but I'm most familiar with Ivy. I trust her to style my lashes however she wants because they always look good. Love her down!! They'll also wax my brows when they need a good groom. Service is very quick, which I appreciate! My first full set and my lash fills only take about 1 hr. The lash techs all work hard and fast but my lashes still have good retention. I've gone a month without a fill and still had lashes remaining. I highly recommend buying a lash shampoo and washing your lashes before coming in so your lashes have better retention. They recently remodeled as well and I love the new look! Very clean and they play relaxing spa music. I always hear other clients snoring during their appts lol. My fave part about coming here is how easy it is to book appts online or calling to reschedule. They respond quickly and also text me to remind me when it's time for a lash fill. You also check in with the iPad in front and it's been such an easy process. Only time I've had to wait is when other clients arrived late for their appts and my lash tech got held up. However they always communicate with me and I've never had to wait longer than 10-15 min when this happens. Highly recommend coming here!! read more

They could have done a better curl. We paid $110 for lash lift and tint and it was not giving the results they have promoted. Prior to beginning, I showed her a photo from THEIR WEBSITE to show what I wanted. When I was handed the mirror after, I laughed in shock because I genuinely didn't know what else to do--and the tech asked, "Too much?" Yes. Very much so.
