I have been a loyal customer of Fluffy Lashes since 2021 and, until recently, never considered going anywhere else to get my lashes done. Unfortunately, the decline in customer service has been impossible to ignore. I had an appointment scheduled but experienced a family emergency and was unable to call during my work shift to cancel. I fully acknowledge that forgetting to cancel was my mistake, and when the office called, I immediately apologized and took responsibility. What I did not expect was to be yelled at over the phone by an employee named Karen, who raised their voice at me about how the staff "drove all the way there" and how they "come in by appointment only." Before I could finish apologizing, she hung up on me. I was so shocked by the hostility that I called back to explain that while I understood their frustration, there was no reason to speak to a long-time customer with such disrespect. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after years of loyalty, this was incredibly disappointing. Missing an appointment deserves a fee or a firm reminder, not being berated and hung up on. I should also note to NOT get lash lifts here too because they burn your lashes. The last few times I've been here, they fry up your lashes real nice, so I do not recommend. Excellent lashes can only carry a business so far. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience made me reconsider whether I want to continue supporting this establishment. read more

They responded quickly (we love a responsive business ) and quoted me a price upfront. They also sent a courtesy message saying no deposit was required, but to please respect your appointment time or give 24-hour notice if you need to cancel. I personally loved that. My time matters and so does theirs -- very professional. I arrived a little early and only waited about 3 minutes while filling out new client paperwork (allergies/medical history). I actually appreciated that extra layer of safety. Now -- transparency moment. When I got to the suite and showed Mia the same picture, I was quoted a slightly higher price than what I was told online. I don't love when that happens because clarity is everything. BUT once I showed them the original message, they honored the initial quote and even gave me a small discount. That part mattered. Mistakes happen -- how a business fixes it is what counts. So just my girl-to-girl advice: screenshot your quote and bring it with you. Vibe: Soft girl luxury. Period. The lobby has plush seating, it's clean, chic, and calm. When you're called back, you're escorted to your own private suite with just you and your tech. That part? I loved. It feels intimate, elevated, and not chaotic. Very "pampered and unbothered." The Lash Experience (Quality): It's been a while since I've had my lashes done, and I can honestly say techniques have come a long way. The bed was flat and super comfortable (and yes, you will be laying down for a while depending on your set, so wear something comfy). Very minimal burning -- which I was grateful for. I did feel a tiny bit of itchiness at the corners of my eyes, but that could just be me being sensitive and dainty lol. Nothing major at all. And the RESULTS? Obsessed is an understatement. The first two times I came here, I absolutely fell in love with this place. I was taken in right away without having to wait, and the first two technicians who did my eyelash extensions were amazing. However, once I started coming in more regularly, I noticed that the customer service and quality of work slowly began to decline, which was frustrating and disappointing. When I returned for another appointment, I asked if they could tell me who had done my lashes previously so I would know who not to request in the future. I was told they do not keep records of which technician services each client and that they could not figure it out, which I found surprising. Communication was also difficult at times due to the language barrier, making it hard to clearly express my concerns. Additionally, they do not accept debit or credit cards, only cash or Venmo, which can be inconvenient. During my last visit, I noticed several of my eyelash extensions were not applied straight as they should be. I constantly had to fix them throughout the day, which became extremely annoying. I was very frustrated and disappointed, especially after having such great experiences initially. I hope they can correct the issue at no cost or at least offer partial credit. Double booked my appointment so I was left 15 minutes with my eyes basically taped shut and no one around. This happened a few times, so my hour long appointment could have been a max of 30 minutes. My technician was sick and coughing up a lung as well as sniffling and blowing her nose and wouldn't even sanitize her hands before sticking her fingers in my eyes, or after going back and forth between the other client and myself. I was originally referred here by my gf who has been coming for years. Prices are VERY affordable for lashes and haven't changed even with the state of our current economy. Only reason I'm still able to maintain my lash extensions. All the lash ladies here are friendly and very sweet! I've had several lash techs do my lashes but my go-to now is Ivy. Kelsi and holly are also very good but I'm most familiar with Ivy. I trust her to style my lashes however she wants because they always look good. Love her down!! They'll also wax my brows when they need a good groom. Service is very quick, which I appreciate! My first full set and my lash fills only take about 1 hr. The lash techs all work hard and fast but my lashes still have good retention. I've gone a month without a fill and still had lashes remaining. I highly recommend buying a lash shampoo and washing your lashes before coming in so your lashes have better retention. They recently remodeled as well and I love the new look! Very clean and they play relaxing spa music. I always hear other clients snoring during their appts lol. My fave part about coming here is how easy it is to book appts online or calling to reschedule. They respond quickly and also text me to remind me when it's time for a lash fill. You also check in with the iPad in front and it's been such an easy process. Only time I've had to wait is when other clients arrived late for their appts and my lash tech got held up. I was highly disappointed by this place. The lash extensions on yelp look so good and so do some of the lash lift pictures posted. Unfortunately today i brought my daughter i and they did a poor job. They could have done a better curl. We paid $110 for lash lift and tint and it was not giving the results they have promoted. It has taken me months to wrap my head around my experience and finally write this review. I asked for a normal, wearable lash set and instead walked out with something completely outrageous. Prior to beginning, I showed her a photo from THEIR WEBSITE to show what I wanted. When I was handed the mirror after, I laughed in shock because I genuinely didn't know what else to do--and the tech asked, "Too much?" Yes. Very much so. The lashes were way too thick, way too long, and nothing like what I asked for. I looked like a joke. I had to go elsewhere and pay to have them removed. I had bald spots on my lashes because they put three or four extensions per lash. The entire experience was so shockingly, unprofessional and bad. I went into the appointment asking for a style in an Instagram post from their profile page. I had wanted spikey wispy lashes. Before we started, my stylist confirmed that I wanted it to be light and wispy. The resulting style wasn't what I asked for or showed in the picture. I also wasn't asked what length I wanted before we began so I was given longer lashes than I wanted (I probably should have asked myself). The result ended up being dramatic instead of light and wispy like I wanted with no spikes, just a fan. When I asked my stylist to make it shorter, she tried to fix it by cutting the lashes with scissors so it just looked blocky and blunt cut. Another stylist had to come and help fix it, which she ended up adding more of a spike shape to it, but at that point there wasn't much they could do unless we started over. I had spent an extra hour there to get it fixed and it still wasn't what I asked for. I was getting frustrated and I'm sure they were too so I just ended up leaving with something I wasn't happy with. When I went to pay, I was told $85 but their online pricing said it was $95, which I think the $10 off is because I wasn't happy with the end result. It was only after I mentioned the $20 off promo for July that they gave me a discounted price of $75...Pricing just didn't feel transparent and up front. Thank you to the stylists for spending extra time to help fix it, but it seems like this salon just wasn't the right fit for what I am looking for. I'm not sure if it's a communication issue or if they just don't do this lash style, which in that case, they shouldn't be promoting on their IG page. If a requested style cannot be done by the booked stylist, I feel that should be communicated up front. I would have rather waited or booked with someone else. After the lashes were cut in an attempt to shorten it, the ends were really stiff so it kept poking my eye and irritating it. I ended up removing it the next day. I booked my appointment through Instagram and scheduled for 5:15 PM. They saw me at 5:45 PM. I asked technician Mia to review the pictures and concept I had for my lashes. The process was quick--she took less than an hour to apply hybrid lashes for $110, leaving a small gap because she claimed I didn't have enough natural hair.
