Their customer service sucks I called the number you provided and was told there was nothing they could do other than share my feedback with the office. I understand being late can be an issue, but I was only a few minutes behind schedule and tried calling ahead several times with no answer. Being turned away and asked to come back later felt disappointing, especially since I made an effort to communicate. I appreciate the response, but unfortunately the outcome was exactly the same, so my experience and opinion of how the situation was handled haven't changed. You need to update your policy and actually have it advertised for your paying customers. The text saying please arrive 5 mins early for your appointment isn't enough. Have a clear message regarding if grace periods exist and how long.
