Dr. Soleymani was extremely knowledgeable and genuine when addressing my questions and concerns regarding the Mohs procedure. Dr. Soleymani and his staff were as gentle as they could possibly be with the procedure. He did an excellent job closing my wound to create minimal scarring. I had my procedure on a Thursday and was scheduled to have the stitches removed the following Wednesday. I was surprised to receive a follow up call from Dr. Soleymani on the Monday after my procedure checking to see how everything was healing over the weekend. It really shows that he truly cares about his patients.

She was able to get me a sample, the letter I needed, and followed up when she didn't need to. She was empathetic and understanding about how frustrated I was at the same time making sure I could get a sample for my daughter. It was extremely relieving that I was finally making traction and it was reassuring that she was in my corner to help me and go above and beyond. Sandra needs a raise!

I made an appointment to get a Neurotoxin treatment for the next day, which was Friday, 04/19/2024 at 10:00 am. Luckily, they were able to get me on the schedule that fast. When I returned for my appointment, I was instructed to fill out forms. After I finished, we were guided to the back by Alexa Campbell. She evaluated my face and went over my options. I ended up going with the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Initial Treatment and she recommended 22 units total for the zones I wanted to target. Each unit was $10.00. Since I was a new customer, I was given 20% off for my treatment, so it only ended up being $176.00. That was awesome. The treatment didn't cause me too much pain and definitely didn't take very long. My head felt heavy for a little bit, but it quickly subsided. It was recommended to have the Xeomin (Neurotoxin) Follow Up Treatment two weeks later. I scheduled mine for Wednesday, 05/01/2024 at 10:00 am. I happened to find Dr. Whittington's website online and called his office which linked me to the emergency number. He answered himself and said he will see me in 20 minutes! Wow talk about commitment. He saw me right away and diagnosed me with shingles. He explained that since it was caught quickly it should be able to be controlled and heal fairly soon. I have heard nasty stories of shingles wrecking havoc and causing incredible amounts of nerve pain but since mine was treated so quickly I didn't experience any of it.
