Originally I was going to skip on the red light because I have one at home but I fell asleep using theirs! The ambiance of the whole place is so relaxing and zen. The sauna was so nice, and you could even choose your music for your session. I like the lighting system they use, it makes it easy to navigate where you're going. Make sure you drink electrolytes before and after, and bring water with you. I do meditation exercises, deep breathing, or bring a book inside the sauna. I would avoid bringing glasses/phone as it gets hot - Red light therapy: I would do either (1) 10 min session or (2) 10 min sessions and do the red light for body inflammation and/or the option for acne and face blemishes. Also noticed a difference in my body (I feel and look much skinnier after a red light session) and my skin/acne is more easier to get rid of as I get microneedling done separately. You do have to get into a chamber and I'm used to these type of machines so I don't get claustrophobic. The staff is wonderful, place is clean and tidy. As a registered nurse (RN) and someone whose mother had her thyroid removed at 27, I just knew something was off. I even wrote a book on optimizing thyroid function because I went so deep into the rabbit hole trying to fix this on my own. But despite clean eating, dedication, and endless research, the exhaustion never lifted. Then I came across Regenics at the LA Fit Expo and decided: this is the year I get answers.
