I'm a big believer of alternative healthcare treatments. As I've grown older and the old body is breaking down. I guess I'm in need of them more too. Of course some can be somewhat expensive, but overall I think Restore does offer a solid value for many of the services they offer. I have chronic upper back pain and one of the chiropractors I see recommended cryotherapy, so when I discovered Restore I figured I would give them a try. I started last summer with a complimentary cryotherapy session and ended up signing up as a founding member. I've tried the following: Cryotherapy (the cryo room) Isolated Cryotherapy (on my back) Red light therapy (full body) Compression therapy (legs) Oxygen chamber IM Shots IV drips PEMF My wife has tried the IR sauna and hydro-facials. I really can't think of anything negative to point out or even provide any constructive feedback. I've been happy with all the services I've tried so far. The facility is about 1 year old now, but everything still looks so clean and fresh. As has been mentioned by some of the other reviews, I think the customer service here really makes the overall service stand out. Everyone has been so professional, friendly, and helpful. I feel that at the time the wording of the post was not intended to be free but discounted and I went in thinking I had been one of the few picked for the complimentary facial normally costing $160. When you see the word complimentary usually think it's given free of charge to a few selected people. And boy I was wrong when I went to be checked out! I had to split the payment on two cards , I am a mama on a budget, So, I was super excited to feel like I had been one of the ones chosen for the "complimentary" facial. So felt like Omgosh I finally got something cool for myself. For once. Lol Anyways long story short, I was charged a "discounted price" but in my opinion, I could have went to Burke Williams and got an amazing facial that extracted everything and I would have been able to use the spa the steam room etc. if I was going to spend money I really didn't have. I do not recommend Restore Hyper Wellness. In my experience, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful when an issue arose. Due to what I perceive as negligence on their part, I required medical attention and ended up in the hospital. When I sought accountability, they were evasive and unwilling to take responsibility for the incident. Fortunately, consumer protection laws exist to address such practices. I made an appointment for cryotherapy at this place. While I was on my drive there, they called me to cancel my appointment because the machines were not ready. I gave them a second chance and scheduled an IV drip appointment. The same day of the appointment they called and said they did not have the personnel available for this appointment. Staff member Parag was there informing and encouraging me along the way. With the encouragement, I did my first cryotherapy. It was beyond an amazing experience. I was explained in detail what to expect and my adrenaline was nice. You can choose from a couple of robes- ranging from thin to thick. I chose the thick robe. My goal will be to be brave enough for no robe. Also, Alexa is available to play your song of choice during your experience. The location is clean, organized and bright. We were helped by Keifer who was so friendly and so helpful in explaining everything thoroughly. We weren't planning to get a membership, but did. So I felt like I was dying one day because I was really sick. I felt super dehydrated even though I was drinking a lot of water and fluids, I did not want to have to go into the hospital, but I felt like I needed to. I did not want to be stuck with a huge doctors bill, just to sit around for hours while the doctor just gives me an IV and tells me to go home. I searched for an IV drip location near me and this business popped up. I never thought I would need a place where I can go get an IV (the idea seemed bougie and unobtainable), but something told me to just come here and get an IV and try it out while I was sick. They had a special for my first time to be honest I can't member the price, but it was under $100. I wore a facemask here (although it is not necessary, I was really sick and I felt the need to protect others around me so I wore an 95 mask). Man let me tell you this place is gorgeous. They have large comfy chairs to sit in while you get an IV drip. They seem like they pride themselves on cleanliness which is a huge thing to me as I'm getting an IV drip and that deals with needles. They also gave me a nice blanket to cuddle with while I was sitting and getting my IV drip. The total process took around 30 minutes but it can depend on how dehydrated you are. It could be faster or slower. I got an IV drip with glutathione in it, which is important for cellular processes in our body. My whole background is in science and I do not believe in stuff unless it is scientifically proven. The vitamins that they put in the IV drip are amazing and I highly suggest to add those in. I noticed they also had a hyperbaric chamber in here and other things like red light therapy. Although I do have red light therapy already at my house, I would love to try theirs out one day. Overall, this place save me about four or $500 from having to go to the doctor and get an IV there. I felt better immediately after my IV drip. Normally it takes me about a month to get over a flu and after the drip, I got over my flu within a few days. That has never happened for me before except when I've gotten IV's. If I feel like I have the start of a cold in the future or flu, I will definitely come here and get an IV. Customer service was fantastic as well. The girl that helped me was so nice. read more

I had a great membership with this place for over a year. I paid dues on time was paying $200 a month for just about 18 months. I notified them that my work location and schedule was changing, they canceled my contract, but instead she was confused and put it on a freeze and after 3 months it started charging me again and they got me for another 200 dollars. They couldn't refund me. Total ripoff. do not get locked into a contract, Do not sign anything. read more

I love this place!! Restore Wellness has everything I need plus more. I love their sauna and getting other services. When I'm not feeling that great, I do the cryo therapy. I tried this place after struggling with my health a lot this year. I did a few IV Drips, not sure if it helped or not but I was committed to continuing to try out their services. I made an appointment for my senior mother for an IV Drip. She got diarrhea that same day and asked me to call and inquire about the ingredients. I spoke to someone named James, who said he is the manager. He immediately said nobody has reported any issues like that. My mom got a buy one get one free and she was scheduled to use the free one in a few weeks. I asked if we could transfer the free IV to myself or my dad who also wanted to come and try their services. He said that was not possible, said she could try and get the service with less ingredients, although that is not equivalent to what she had paid. When I asked if I could speak to the owner to discuss other options, he took my name and hung up on me. I immediately called back and told him he hung up on me and he did not apologize and said the owner would not offer me any other options and ended our conversation again. My biggest complaint is the ridiculously bad customer service. They're in the wellness space, where is the customer service and the compassion? Business-wise it seems so inflexible and I brought my business, mom's business, and was going to bring my dad and husband. I loved the nurse applying the IV, but I would never come back or recommend a service where the manager behaves that way and has such little regard for the customers.
