These guys were AWESOME!!! Both guys helped me get set up…read moreSO fast! The split up the tasks and got on the iPads to setup auto pay, and then the authorization, so things got done twice as fast. Clean store and plenty of parking. Thanks!!!!

A few days ago, my husband went in to get an iPad, because it supports the app he needs. When Damen…read moretold him to get a Samsung Galaxy, my husband asked him multiple times if it supported the specific app, and Damen said yes (without checking). So, he sold him the wrong device. This is the second time we've been screwed over at this store, and there sure won't be a third. I think they give people lessons on how to screw people over and not care when they hire them to work there. When I saw the Galaxy, I told my husband it was the wrong device, so we went to return it. It was the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. The girl that was in there was rude from the moment we went in. (The guy, Brett, was super nice, but couldn't help us because he is new). She called someone once she heard what had happened, and was going on to whoever she was on the phone with about how now she was going to be negative for the month & she was pissed about, it instead of worrying about the customer. She did not care one bit about us. She said we had to pay the restocking fee of $50, which meant we'd end up OWING to return the device, even though it was their employee who messed up. This is just wrong. The bottom line is: They screwed up, not us. We shouldn't have to pay for it. They sold us the wrong device, and won't make it right. We will be leaving Verizon as soon as we possibly can, and you can thank this store for our departure.
