I am a hairdresser myself, so I am therefore very picky when it comes to hair salons and Beyond Fringe is the absolute best I have ever been in. You are greeted with enthusiasm the minute you walk in the door. It is worth every single dollar you spend there and I have never been dissatisfied with the service that I get. Not only do you get wonderful cuts, colors and styles but the staff always makes you feel welcome and appreciated and it is truly genuine because you are not just a dollar sign to them!!! Alex does my cuts and color most all of the time and she is fabulous!!! I have never been to a hairdresser that I could just walk in and say do what you want but I can with her because she is that good and Noel has also done my hair with the same great results!!! I would trust any of the stylists in Beyond Fringe because of the extensive education and training they get and besides that I have seen all their work personally!!! Best salon on lake conroe! Moved here from the New Jersey/New York area and it took me a while to find a stylist who could do a cute/trendy pixie cut. I saw that BF was a Paul Mitchell salon so I decided to check it out. First time in, I had an appointment with Noel. I really hate to tell a stylist what to do with my hair as they are the artist and have a more unbiased idea of what will be flattering for your face/hair type. That was over a year ago and have been consistently going to her ever since. My husband also goes to BF and he has been to several stylist and they have done a great job... Which is saying something as he is incredibly picky and has very difficult hair to cut. I strongly recommend Beyond Fringe! read more

This place is the best, I have been going here for several years! My usual stylist cancelled on me twice and I was desperate so I called them and was a little nervous when I was given an appt so soon with Noel! Omg, it was heaven sent and I have been seeing her for 3 yrs straight and completely love her and the entire staff! I never leave disappointed and I'm very picky with my hair, I want it to look natural but not run of the mill! I also suffer with migraines and she always makes sure I have extra attention in the shampoo station! ( it's the lil things that make you feel special)! My family typically uses the same three stylists (Noel, Allison, and Alex), although we have used four others in a pinch. In my many years experience there, they are all fantastically talented, extremely well trained from constant Paul Mitchell training, and up to date on the latest cuts and colors. They take pride in their creations, so you can rest assured you are in the best hands. They are all very sweet and always cheerful, giving great customer service. Alex also does gorgeous makeup! Awful service, worst salon I've ever been in. Bad Experience Sorry to say but this beauty salon has to be the worst experience ever. Bad service, The timing was ridiculous ( they kept me waiting around forever) I left this salon with a headache from the stress i had there. Worst haircut I've ever had - to charge what they did for the service received. The staff are unfriendly and an awful atmosphere. I go every month or so for a cut and color, while they are very busy I always wait for Alex cause she does an amazing job. My hair takes forever to lift the color, but it is always worth the results. The staff and stylists are always taking care of the customer and providing great service. I have many friends who continue to go here as well. One drives from Katy (she moved recently) just to come get her hair cut and colored by Noel... It is close to where I live, they are friendly, and do a great job!! read more

I have not had my hair done there, but when my wife, my Sister, and mother sing nothing but praises, it has to be good. I have met the hair stylist that does my ladies hair, and she is awesome. I see other reviews with 1-2 stars due the price...and yes, they are more expensive than the average salon, but, they are not average...they provide excellent top notch service...you get what you pay for. I really like this salon. I've gone to Allison twice so far. Once for a hair cut, then a cut and color. And every time she did an awesome job. She's a really cool person to have to spend a few hours in a salon with. I'd definitely recommend her, and when they wash your hair feels soooo good. Best salon in the Conroe/Montgomery area. Everyone is very professional. I have had several of the girls cut my hair. They listened to what I wanted and worked with me to get my hair perfect.
