For me it was okay, not super relaxing but not terrible, but I felt SO BAD for my sister. If you're pregnant, these chairs may be VERY UNCOMFORTABLE due to how close your knees are to your belly. The girl that did my nails did a good job, I just got a standard gel; single color. My sister got the same thing but her cuticles were so flooded she ended up going home and removing them. Again, super sweet girls but not all of them are giving $70 quality pedicures.

I got the "French Bikini" which I was told was like a Brazilian with a strip left. We both had the 60 minute "Relax" massage with scalp add on and it was one of the BEST massage experiences I've ever had! My massage therapist was Jordan. I've never had a male massage therapist before so I was pretty nervous about it. But Jordan was extremely professional and did a great job of being respectful and putting me at ease. We talked about my preferences before he got started and he did an amazing job with the exact right amount of pressure and time focusing on problem areas. He had such a calming, peaceful presence and wonderful touch as well - truly was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! All of their treatments include heated stone work which was just heavenly. And the scalp add on was definitely something I'd get again - as you'd imagine, it's a more focused massage and included some lovely aromatherapy. My DIL's massage therapist was Harmonie and she was SO happy with her experience as well. This was my DIL's first massage so she was also nervous lol. Harmonie was super friendly, bubbly, and welcoming and immediately made my DIL feel at ease. She loved it and we'll definitely be back for another girls day out. The space is small with sleek minimalist spa vibes. And while they don't have any room for saunas or baths or anything like that they do have a nice boutique area with spa products and other items like locally-made jewelry. I got some really cute earrings and some fantastic soaps and lotions which I've been loving! Booking online via their website was very easy. Prices are what you'd expect for the level of service and the quality is totally justified. Like most spas, they have a cancellation policy of 24 hour or more notice to cancel - if less than 24 hours they charge 50% of your scheduled service but that's pretty standard for most places. They're located in a small shopping center with a few parking spots out front and plenty of free street parking in the surrounding area. There are some stairs required to get up into the spa area and I didn't see any elevator options so there may be handicap access issues. They changed their voicemail to reflect that AFTER I'd left 2 voicemails (effectively ignoring me). I DM'd them on Instagram multiple times, had our hotel concierge contact their manager, emailed them (the email bounced back), tried to book online to no avail. Finally, I called them on the day they reopened while I sat in their parking lot - NO ANSWER. I walked inside to see the receptionist parked in front of the computer. They told me they only had one opening available (we were trying to book 4 massages). That's fine - but they were so flippant and repeatedly said "that's soooo weird!" when I told them how difficult it was for me to speak to someone. Zero apologies or interest in rectifying the situation. Don't waste your time trying to book here.
