Imagine my shock when I opened my bag of food and there was a hand written note that said Tacos no s.c, no hot, no avo 9 oz Dick Toxx not Detox. I did not find this funny at all. Also the Green Detox drink I ordered yesterday was wrapped in plastic to protect it. I noticed today the drink was not wrapped. I called the store and spoke to Tim he informed that it was probably a note that the kitchen staff wrote as a joke and the note was probably meant amongst the employees. Meanwhile I have been to the restaurant and there is no kitchen staff. The restaurant is extremely small. There is usually only about 2 or 3 people working there. I told him I did not find the note funny and was concerned about drinking the juice because if someone was having a bad day, I don't want my drink to be tainted. He assured me that my drink was fine and it was not a targeted incident. I am beyond disappointed because it is not easy to find plant based raw food restaurants in Michigan. I don't know if someone had an attitude because I had a special request? If so that is absolutely ridiculous. Why would someone get mad about someone ordering LESS food on the taco. That's more inventory for you! I am a regular at Try it Raw and have never experienced something so offensive here or anywhere. This is not acceptable. Was the joke worth losing a loyal customer?
