Their shawarma bowls always hits the spot. Today I stopped in to get a bowl before work and they were quick with it. Got everything I wanted fresh and had a very generous portion. The only thing I was surprised about was that their prices increased dramatically. I paid $23 for a steak bowl. That's outrageous even for the amount they give. They give you a lot of food! Came in here looking for some food on a night I didn't want to cook. They had so many choices of toppings that it's something everyone will love. Many different sauces you can try also. I got a chicken bowl with rice as my base. This was a huge bowl, much bigger than other places. I was able to pick everything I wanted in my bowl as well no issue. Only down fall was I wasn't offered bread with my bowl. I also didn't ask, maybe next time I'll just ask. Really glad I came across this place. I love a good restaurant where add all the toppings and fixings I want! It's very a build your own bowl type of restaurant. I ordered a bowl and added what felt like everything. The base was chicken and steak as well as some chickpeas , peppers , pita chips and spicy garlic. Love to stumble on great new finds in the neighbourhood. We just finished grocery shopping and spotted this. It's very clean, like a newer place. It's got a comfortable, inviting vibe and the staff here are fast as well as friendly. My Big Fat bowl (Steak & Chicken) was huge. Definitely a healthy portion, but very pricey and very tasty. I also sampled the Falafel bowl which was also flavourful, but much less expensive. You can use fries as your base and I understand it's quite popular. Maybe we're old school or unwilling to try new things, we stuck with the rice. On our next visit, I fully intend to order the same thing as a tortilla or pita wrap (haven't decided). With all the other great Middle Eastern places around this place failed with basics. The chicken tasted like cinnamon, the garlic sauce was extremely watery, and the hummus was nothing more than straight up purée chickpeas with no seasoning. I ordered online and overall it was very easy. I will say they gave us a lot of sauce but they weren't labeled so it was difficult to tell which sauce was which as I ordered more than 1 item. I got a bowl with half rice and lettuce and the portion was large and generous. Since it was delivery it was a little pricier but that is expected. My only main complaint is that there were very large chunks of lettuce that were not chopped up in the bowl. Like they were at least like a 2x2 cube of lettuce that was exactly chewable. read more

1/3/26 we decided on this place for lunch having never been here. OMG what a nice surprise. We were greeted and promptly waited on within seconds of walking in. Everything looked so yummy it was hard to decide so I just picked the crunchy chicken bowl as pictured on the front window, yes I'm a visual guy. My husband chose the salad type bowl, not sure of the name. The way it works is they grab an empty bowl and you choose what you want in it. Word of caution , 2 people can share a bowl it's that big. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and our lunch was out of this world , seriously it was that good. They only have 3 restaurants in the area and may expand later. A good new spot in west bloomfield. We came here after a walk on the WB Trail. I wasn't all that hungry so I ended up just getting a side of the steak, which I believe they said is a tenderloin cut. It was moist and flavorful. The actual bowls are gigantic. My friends each got one and had leftovers. They really liked what they got. Overall, it's a fast casual situation, with a clean and bright atmosphere. You build your bowl or wrap and pick what you want in it. And the service was quick and friendly and I would come back. Yea so the West Bloomfield location is clean and neat with attentive service. Reminded me of a Subway shop but more modern decor. Located in the CrossWinds mall on the northeast corner of Orchard Lk Road and Lone Pine. Ok so the main issue here are the prices which ain't cheap BUT the portions are not. I ordered the chicken bowl and a bowl of chicken tortilla cheese soup which together cost $15 and $8, respectively. Tax and 15% tip brought total to $27.83. Here is the BUT. My entire order could easily feed 2 people and possibly three light eaters. Not a bad deal when you look at it that way. Now to the most important part, the food. The soup was thoroughly cheesy with small bits of chicken breast and jalapeño. Very tasty with just the right amount of spicy and salty. My chicken bowl had about 15 items in it and was HUGE. It easily gave me three servings. All items were fresh and very tasty. The bowl's ingredients were a bit cold so I found heating them up to improve the taste. The chicken in the bowl was plentiful and extremely well spiced and tender. I usually build a lighter bowl of 1/2 rice 1/2 salad because the servings are heavy handed. I also opt for fattoush dressing because it's a lighter option but when I want to indulge I get a side of spicy fat sauce!!! While my service at this location is normally great, today's experience was extremely disappointing. I have loved this restaurant and this location for over a year, but the way I was treated by three employees today really changed my overall impression. When I walked in, two employees, Vianca and Jordan, were sitting down talking. Based on how they ignored me, I honestly thought they were on break. Another male employee greeted me while he was helping another customer. Then Vianca got up to assist me, but she cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to place my order. When I placed my order, I asked for garlic sauce on the bottom of my wrap. Vianca said they always do that, even though I know that is not always the case based on my prior visits. The issue really started when it came time for me to ask for additional garlic sauce on top. Bianca gave me pushback and said I could not get it that way because it would be "chunky." The male employee also doubled down on that instead of simply honoring the request or offering a reasonable solution. At the register, I asked to use a phone number for rewards points. Vianca told me I could enter the number after I paid, even though that is not how the rewards process works. She also stated that the points were linked to my card and that I could not use anyone else's number unless I used their card, which is also not accurate. After I paid, Vianca did not want to give me my bag of food. Instead of moving the bag to where I was standing, she moved it to the side of the counter by the door. I was still waiting for my Cajun fries, so this made the interaction feel even more dismissive and unnecessary. After I left, I called the store to ask for Vianca's name and to file a complaint. The male employee called me back asking why I wanted her name, but he did not clearly explain who he was or that he was one of the employees involved. When I asked to file a complaint, I was told to call back in 20 minutes. He later called me back again and essentially framed the issue as a communication problem on my part. He said he would talk to "his employees," hold a meeting, and review the cameras, which led me to believe he was a manager. I later found out he was not a manager, but one of the employees involved in the situation. He also said management does not work on weekends and that he only wanted to get the story so he could text management and have them call me back. He did not even ask for my name for the callback. He also suggested that next time I come in, I should make sure to give my name and properly explain that I want to use my phone number before the transaction, even though that is exactly what I did. What made this worse is that I was the only customer in the building at the time. The store was quiet, and the other employees heard what was happening but chose not to step in or help. Instead, the male employee walked back over to continue talking with Jordan. I understand that new employees make mistakes, and I can be patient with training issues. However, the lack of accountability, the pushback, and the way my complaint was handled were unacceptable. I really liked this restaurant and this location, but today's experience left me very unhappy. read more

Just picked up dinner for my family. I won't have to cook for days! We ordered two rice bowls, a salad bowl and a wrap for two adults and two kids. All the portions were absolutely massive. The chicken and crispy chicken were flavorful and moist. The steak had a little spicy flavor. I've visited this establishment several times, but this particular location was a very unwelcoming and disappointing experience. I waited for my to-go order while several staff members walked by to grab other bags and items. No one acknowledged me or asked which order was mine, even though there was only one order sitting ready. After standing there without being greeted or assisted, I eventually said, "You know what, I'll grab it myself," and still received no help or basic courtesy. There was no greeting, no eye contact, no "we'll be right with you." I am a Black woman, and the way I was ignored made me feel singled out. It's difficult not to question whether race played a role when you are visibly overlooked while waiting for service. No customer should be made to feel invisible. The location on Anthony Wayne Drive consistently greets customers immediately, which makes this contrast even more disappointing.
