I opted for the PB&J Rollup, which you can choose between peanut butter or almond butter. The wrap also includes granola, cinnamon, honey and banana. Beyond Juicery also offers various wraps (spinach, wheat, gluten free, etc) Love the healthy options for every meal. I was given an apple as a side. This was a great dinner and even had lunch for the next day! I'm a big fan of granola and peanut butter so this wrap was perfect for me. Super bonus, this place has its own parking lot and stand alone building. I like the outside fireplace and patio set too. Two fresh hot shots with turmeric added, banana nut and added granola with almond butter and a Carlo's detox with almond butter added to it. You know you in a fresh juice spot when you get hit with the whiff of raw juiced veggies. It's a scent that hits me whenever I come into a juice shop. I like to believe the shots help my immune system and gives me a kick of energy too. My energy level feels low today. The Carlos' detox is a sip of pure bitterness, couldn't handle the taste, it was so bitter to me. Changed to Anna's instead and added almond butter to Anna's. The banana nut with almond butter tastes good. The Anna's is better than the Carlos' detox, still has some tartness from the lime, it sort of reminds my husband of PB&J minus the lime essence. I masked up with Lily first, grosse pointe style. Upon entrance I was sad to see the chairs stacked. No socializing. No siting communally. It's sad. My juice was well balanced. Beyond Juice has been a favorite of mine for a few years now and I would visit the Detroit and Somerset location whenever I was in the area. When I found out that they were opening one in Grosse Pointe I was beyond (haha) excited since it is so close to my house!! THE PERFECT location since the area needs more healthy and trendy places to go. It has not even been open a week and I have already been there 2 times. The set up is super cute and has a good amount of seating if you want to sit inside. Love the Grosse Pointe wall sign! For being the opening week, I am very impressed with the organization and efficiency of the workers. Everything seemed to run smoothly. Today was significantly busier than the other day I went, so I was expecting a longer wait. I was surprised with how little the wait actually was and how fast the line moved- both times my order was ready within minutes. Also for how busy it was, the staff remained calm and friendly, exhibiting great customer service to everyone. Food was delicious, as always. Today I ended up trying something different than what I normally order, a Carlo's detox smoothie and the original wrap, which had tomatoes, egg whites, avocado and cheese (which I subbed), on my choice of a spinach wrap. I loved both of them and will definitely be ordering them again. I am so happy that this beyond juice opened and I cannot wait to visit here more! I got the mango tango when I came in. It was truly a delight!!!! This was my first time in the area so I had it with me on my drive over to Belle Isle. The vibes in this place are immaculate. It was so refreshing to see the staff smiling. I also had some pb protein balls that were pretty good. I've lived down the street from this Juicery for the last three years, and have never had a bad experience. Their smoothies and fresh pressed juices never disappoint. Their app is very easy to use, and modify your order through. I love that they offer delivery, especially since it shows up at my house about 10 minutes after I place the order. I don't think I've had to wait longer than 15 minutes for any order I placed through the app. I can't speak to the quality of their food menu as I've never ordered any of their food options, but have considered it many times because it all looks delicious. I really have nothing negative to say about the business. I do wish that their reward program had a little bit more reward to it, but beyond that, it's my favorite place for a smoothie or a juice. read more

I placed an order for pick up today. Whoever the workers were today were very unprofessional. My order was set to be ready between 125 and 1:35 PM, but when I got in there it had change from 1:35 to 145 there was a guy in front of me picking up a order which they were very helpful with him. Once he left, I stood there for almost 10 minutes no one asked could they help or was I picking up an order being that I was standing in the pick up area. I had to ask one of the girls who was standing there doing nothing and looking at me. Did they have a Grubhub order with my name? And yes they did. I love eating here, healthier smoothies than other places but still delicious. Food is pretty good and they make it pretty quickly (most I've had to wait was about 8-10 minutes during a rush). The only reason why I didn't give it five starts is because it is a bit overpriced but seems to be geared towards the hipster crowd that doesn't mind paying for that. The staff is always super nice and helpful, they are always know what they have on the menu and can make good recommendations. I love the dimmer smoothie, my friend swears by the mango tango. Before coming here I read the reviews on yelp and I was very excited to try their products, for days I had planned to come here after my flight. I came in with my wife and my father-in-law and was not welcomed in only were greeted by blank stares. Sometimes we get that because we are a mixed family(Black/Latino) I didn't pay any mind to it at first because I was fascinated by their wide variety of products. I had asked my wife if she wanted anything and told me no and I had asked her is it because of the high prices? She shook her head and said she wasn't feeling the vibe. I started to catch on and felt a little of the awkwardness as well. When I stepped up to the counter to order my juice I felt rushed and not welcomed much. A heavyset bald gentleman with a beard took my order and wasn't the most friendly or talkative person. He gave me a fake "have a nice day" practically came off as go fk myself, seemed upset to take my order. While waiting for my juice we stayed by the front door where nobody was and maybe about 4 people in the store total who were sitting and eating. When my order was ready the man who made it screamed my name, yes screamed it as if he was trying to be funny or something. We were looking behind the counter the whole time from where we were and weren't speaking amongst ourselves so its not like we weren't paying attention. I personally took it as something they may do in Michigan as far as be boisterous but my father in law who is a local brought up the way the man yelled my name and questioned if he was joking around. I really do hope it has anything to do with prejudice(even though Michigan has the highest neo nazi population) because in the service industry we have to business with all types of people from different backgrounds regardless of personal feelings. I'm not one to pull the race card but I did see him have a much friendlier interaction with the following customer who was Caucasian. Pretty disheartening because I had anticipated trying their juices and other items. I wanted to purchase them other items but my energy was shot from the awkwardness. With all that aside this definitely is not a 4.5 star business, the juice I bought was very bland. It may be a 4 star at most because it has a modern look and very clean, but service wise definitely a 1 Star. Maybe down the line when I go visit my family I'll give it another go and revise this, but based on my experience and uncomfortability my family felt this gets 1 star read more

So obv we all know that the food and drinks here are of high quality and it's all delicious - however their customer service is ALSO incredible. I placed an order through their app, which I was told ends up going through doordash. After waiting for over an hour for my lunch to be delivered, I called to see what was going on. They said they were still waiting on a doordash person to come pick it up and they thanked me for my patience. Then about 10 minutes later they called back saying that I shouldn't have been able to place the order as I was out of their delivery zone but my order somehow went through. Not only did they completely refund the order, they made it fresh and the store manager hand delivered it to my work. It's one thing to have great food, but to be that on top of your customer service is huge. I ordered a GF wrap and when I went to pick up my order, THANK GOD, I asked if it was the GF wrap and the gal who made it looked at it and said "oh no that's the multigrain, I'll make you another one."
