Absolutely hate this place. Doesn't deserve even one star, but it is the only way I can leave my comment. I took my son to replace his IPhone 5 phone screen on Sunday 8-7-2016. We waited one hour and upon completion we experienced so many other issues which were never present before they replaced the glass. We went back 5 times and stayed one hour each time over the pass 4 days. They could not fix it. They changed the screen 7 times and could not make our phone work. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO BE FIXED HERE. Very disappointing experience. Not worth the $70 fee for screen replacement. We took it to BuySellRepairs.com at 734 Green St, Iselin. 732 540 7000. They opened the phone in my presence and all the screws were missing and the grounding plate. Much happier now that BuySellRepairs.com fixed the screen and the phone is working in excellent condition. Took 30 minutes!!! The shop is friendly and seems professional, but the quality of my repair was not good. In February, I took my cracked iPad Mini in for a repair while traveling to NJ for work. 1. I dropped it off before work, and they estimated 1-3 hours for the repair, but it wasn't ready until lunchtime the next day. 2. As soon as I got the iPad back, I realized that only a few spots on the screen would respond to my touch. It was like they didn't even test it. I took it back to the shop right away... 3. After waiting over 1/2 hour for some cleaning procedure, I got it back and it seemed to be working better. But when i got back home from my business trip, I noticed that one invisible stripe does not respond to my touch. I have been coping with the issue for the last 8 months, because I lost the repair receipt. When I finally got annoyed enough to send it to Apple, the Apple support line informed me they will never be willing to repair my device now that a third party has opened it up. For these reasons, I would not recommend using this shop to repair Apple products. read more

Like you are I too read tons of reviews before trusting them with my phone. When I first went in I had a cracked screen on my IPhone 5 which I will say they have the best price around to fix. The first red flag was that while I was waiting there was someone else waiting for her phone to be fixed (for the second time in two days) and then another girl walked in to pick up her phone, who had also been there the previous days. Thirty minutes later I get my phone with a fixed screen that was loose. I then had to wait another 15 for them to fix this. The guy came out from the back and tried to blame him missing a section on it being a refurbished phone and was very rude. Fast forward a week and I am happily using my phone with a new screen, but now my lock button doesn't work. It appeared that it was stuck and my phone would end calls immediately and was very frustrating to use. Stating my phone was under a warranty I went back to get my button fixed. The girl working the counter was extremely pleasant as always, and took my phone back to be fixed. had to wait 30 minutes for them to look at the button and fix it. The same guy came back out and again tried to blame it on being a refurbished phone and was EXTREMELY RUDE. If that was the case and it had a piece missing, that is something he should have mentioned to me the first time I was there. Now here I sit a week or two later and my lock button STILL DOES NOT WORK. I get it isn't the problem I first went in for, but it worked perfectly before it was opened up at Mobility and Beyond. Reasonable prices for a variety of devices and even lower than mall prices. Left the phone on a Saturday to be repaired and by the time we left for some lunch and returned the phone was as good as new. This place is a must if you have a cell phone. My daughter dropped her phone and cracked the screen. Not wanting to get a new phone, I walked in to see if it could be replaced. I was happy to find out how inexpensive it would be to replace the screen and even happier that it could be done that day! While I was there, I had a chance to speak with the manager Stan. I asked about screen protectors and found out that there are some that can actually prevent the screen from cracking. I got one for my daughter and one for myself. I found out that they work quite well when I dropped my phone a couple of times. I noticed that my screen protector had some small cracks from dropping it. I went in today to see if it should be replaced and Stan told me it might be ok if dropped but it should be replaced for maximum protection. In a matter of minutes I had a new one and was on my way. Great pricing, fast and perfect service. Wife got mad at me and threw my iphone 6 at my car which broke my windshield. Then she took it out of the case and slammed it as hard as she could on the asphalt road. Glass was compleletly shattered. Front Camera broken and slightly bent. Everything else functioned. dropped my iphone 4s getting out of my car like a newb. I searched on google for a cheap place to fix screens. this place is legit. no appointment needed. just dropped off my phone and came back an hour later to pick it up. works great. after i left i noticed there was this micro scratch inside my front facing camera lens. it does not interfere with the camera so its all good. will bring more phones to fix in the future! read more

Dropped the ipad2 and it wasn't under warranty any longer at Apple. I could be another one for $249 but instead I searched for screen repair. Found this place and it was great. It took about 90 mins, price was fair, $89 is better than $249! I sat there and waited, it was comfortable. They had a flatscreen playing a movie which is nice if you do decide to wait. I was incredibly disappointed with the job that this company did on my phone. I drove forty-five minutes away after trusting some of the reviews on this page. Paid for tolls and everything because I felt like this place would do an effective job. First of all, the man working the counter was incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Told me it would be forty-five minutes to an hour to repair my iPhone 5s, which was reasonable. I sat in the shop and waited for it to be completed, and after about forty-five minutes, the phone was completed. A second employee handled my check-out. When I got the phone, I noticed there was a strange tint to it that wasn't present on my original screen. When I asked the employee about it, he informed me that it was "just because my brightness was up." I figured he was right and left the store. As the day went on, I noticed strange things happening to my phone. The calibration is completely off - things will type on their own, the screen will move back and forth, apps will open and close repeatedly without me even touching the screen. The tint is even more noticeable and I have to keep restarting my phone in order for it to work. I paid a total of $65 plus gas and tolls to get my phone fixed by rude employees who dismissed me after noticing something was wrong RIGHT AFTER THE REPAIR. I wasted my entire day off spending my hard-earned money on a phone screen that doesn't work. Do not give this place your business. It is not worth it because you will be disappointed. read more

I've been here several times - once to get the iPad fixed, twice to get iPhones fixed. I go here because I tried AT&T and Apple, both charge way more. Customer service is pretty good. The people are laid back and have such a can-do attitude. They give you the assurance that you need when you feel complete devastation for your cracked, non-workable screen. I just brought it on Memorial Day because my iPhone 6 Plus was inoperable due to a severely cracked screen. They had it fixed within 15 minutes. And the price was pretty affordable.
