A guy came out and gave me an estimate. He was supposed to call the next day to schedule the removal. He never called, even after I called him again to prod him. I finally checked Yelp and found Santos with his good reviews. He came out quickly, gave a fair estimate, said he could do it the next day. He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. Friendly and straightforward and very professional.

Hello, I do not write reviews much but want to warn folks about this service. It is horrible!!! I…read morewas contacted within a few minutes after receiving their info. We made an appt for the next day. The problem is that they never showed up! I contacted them asking if they were coming and was told that they got roo busy and would come past the next day. This was after 4 hrs of waiting. The next day they did not show up until 7:30 pm, started the job and left. Shortly after, they texted me stating that they did not know that my tree was as large as it was ( I sent pictures) and that they would come back and complete the rest of the job tomorrow. They then had the nerve to request more than half of the amount without finishing the job! They completely hacked away my bushes and left debris and trash all over my lawn. They knocked over my lawn lights and did not put things back in place. To date they still have not completed the job. I try to give new business owners a chance but when they have no respect and courtesy I am almost forced to write a review to prevent this from happening to other folks! You should have been honest and let me know that the job was too much for you... transparency is the key to good customer service! -0 star rating.

I contacted them through Yelp and they replied promptly, the owner was friendly and came out within a few days to look at the work I wanted done and gave me a competitive estimate. The price was right by me and they came out on the date I needed them which was within a week of the estimate. They came out and completed the work at a reasonable time frame and we're very friendly answering questions and taking additional requests. The staff arrived on time and cleaned up after they left. I was a bit worried about a huge branch that was hanging over our fence (last company we used crushed our shed). The tree was removed without incident. We did have a small concern and the staff came back and addressed the issue. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
