I took my new Converse's to Cin's store and it was an easy process. She was very helpful and friendly. She informed me it should take about three days but if there was to be any delay she would let me know. I was called when my shoes were ready for pick up and she even added some custom laces for me free of charge. I've gotten so many compliments on my shoes and I was so happy with the results. I also purchased a couple of shirts from her store, one that says living my best life as she has other merchandise available for sale. I plan to come back and get some family shirts made and when I do I will leave a review on the shirt printing services.

However we changed our minds and bought a newer Ridgeline about 4 months later. I called Guy to ask if the old 2023 cover would fit a 2025 model. He looked it up and told us that it would. This was a very disappointing experience. I paid a deposit for a scheduled hair appointment with a…read morehairstylist at the back Braid Bar, only for the hairstylist to cancel the appointment the day of. When I requested my deposit refund from the hairstylist, the situation became even more frustrating. It took six days to receive my money back, despite multiple attempts to contact the stylist and the business owner. To make matters worse, my phone number was blocked by both hairstylist and business. The staff continuously gave me the run around instead of resolving the issue promptly and professionally. A customer should not have to wait nearly a week for a deposit refund after the hairstylist/business cancels the appointment. My recommendation are better communication, professionalism, and timely resolution of customer concerns would greatly improve my experience.
