Narda tried multiple techniques until she connected with my son. The team is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly patient, caring, and truly invested in each child's progress. Since starting therapy, we've seen so much growth in our son--both in his communication and his confidence. The therapists take the time to tailor each session to his needs and always make it engaging and fun for him. What really stands out is how supported we feel as parents. They consistently provide guidance and helpful tips we can use at home, which has made such a difference in reinforcing his progress. We are beyond grateful for the impact they've had on our son and would highly recommend this clinic to any family looking for compassionate and effective speech therapy.

Ms. Naomi and her team are wonderful, and they get real results. From the very first phone call to the initial evaluations, everything they do is thorough and efficient. They don't just work with the individual during their sessions either; they give the families practical homework so the learning actually continues at home. They really do offer the full package. What stands out to me the most as a professional is how willing they are to collaborate. Even though they are incredibly busy, they always make it a priority to sit down for meetings with families and other professionals to make sure everyone is on the same page. That team effort is exactly why they have such a great success rate. I will never forget when one of the mutual clients texted me "Thank you for sending us to Naomi, we finally feel heard, seen, understood and have HOPE."

She also had a hard time pronouncing certain words and consequently conveying her message clearly. Debbie correctly diagnosed my daughter on the first visit and confirmed her diagnosis each visit afterwards. Although my daughter is usually apprehensive about professional visits, she actually looked forward to every therapy session. I think that's in large part due to Debbie's extreme patience and clear understanding of a child's behavior. Debbie always took time to meet with me and my wife after each session to answer all our questions about my daughter's progress. Her office is located on Ventura Blvd right next door to Encino Place, so this is a busy area of Encino. Well, I don't know of any place in Encino that's not hectic, but her office is convenient to food, which like me, my daughter loves! She also made herself available to work as a team with the other specialists who were treating my daughter at the same time. Her staff, who have seen my daughter while she was on vacation, are equally as wonderful. Debbie is a very knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate speech therapist. Her warm smile gave our family immediate comfort and we knew we were in the right hands. She is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. She also billed my insurance without any issues. I highly recommend her without reservation.

She knew so much more than the teachers did about my son after only a 45 minute intake evaluation with him, (and her wonderful associate, Robin, had began doing educational therapy with him) than the teachers had figured out in almost a whole school year. Farryl helped me by coming to my sons IEP meeting, too. She really advocated for him. He had had a tremendously difficult year- to say the least. Some of the school administration made us feel like it was our son's fault and his self confidence had plummeted. Farryl cut to the core of the issues and made it instantly clear that my son was in the wrong environment and it was not a match for him. I thank God that she figured out specifically what was going on and helped convince the heads of the school system, and guide us to a MUCH better environment for my son. He is so loved and welcomed where he is now and the accomodations are 100 percent more of a fit for him and for us. If I would have found Farryl sooner, it may have prevented a lot of grief. Worth-every-penny!!!!!!!! Priceless. Farryl was so impressive at my son's IEP meeting- she knew the ropes, has had so much experience in the field...and did not mess around. She very elequently put everyone in their place. I really needed help seeing the forest through the trees and she was the help we needed. She is a great advocate. Bravo Farryl!
