Super unprofessional. I am still struggling to understand how some people get jobs in healthcare when there are better and more qualified people out there. Poor bedside manner and no attempt to even act like they cared. Was given an x-ray without even an examination, and was ushered out after x-ray with STILL no examination, let alone a diagnosis, and was told to go to a real orthopedic doctor. Are you that poor off that you needed to bill my insurance for money without even treating me? No wonder you got bought out. Would not recommend this place for anything, not even antibiotics. *After I left that glowing review on Google, they responded to my review with a copy and paste answer addressed to a completely different person. They also had about 20 new reviews from fake profiles giving no review at all, but a 5 star rating, to which they responded, "Thank you for the 5 star review". This place is an absolute joke. Just had a great walk in appointment for Lyme testing. They let me bring a baby with me, which is rare during pandemic. They were very friendly and helpful, not only care for me but also being patient and and playing with my crying baby, who wand t even a patient. I was seen by Dr. Branco and she answers all my questions and was very helpful and caring. I was in and out and didn't have to wait. read more

They were rude, condescending about the type of insurance I had because it was state and more concerned that I had cash to cover my visit then helping me. The doctor spent more time at his car then helping me. And on top of it I had to sit in a waiting room with coughing patients with no tissues and it smelled like diarrhea. NEVER AGAIN! Beyond Urgent Care fills a GREAT NEED in the town. I have always received excellent care. in particular, I really like and Linda Kaplan. She's smart, funny, and wise, and unlike so many Doctors today, actually LISTENS to you. I've seen her a few times, and every time she has reassured me with her diagnoses and opinion. Have I had to wait? Well, of course, its a WALK IN, it's first come, first served, but to be honest, when I had a regular doctor I've had to wait just as long, if not longer. I went to this urgent care and when I got there there was only one person before me. I was brought back and vitals were taken super quick which was awesome. 55 minutes had passed and the doctor was not in to see me but I hear him talking to the girls upfront. If you want to die then by all means go to this urgent care. The emergency department on its busiest day or night is faster than this place. This place is a joke. Every time i come here the girl at the front desk seems as if she's on drugs and constantly slurs her words. She doesn't know any information and acts as if she doesn't know what's going on. The doctor took over 30 minutes to come in and when she did she was very elderly and did not seem like she should be in the profession. I wouldn't even give one star but had too... Needed healthcare on a Saturday for bee sting, Nurse I saw was calling in the three scripts, I got one and the other was doubled but no antibotics.... Will never go to this facility again. Brought my 2 sons in, with what I think is poison ivy. Sat in the waiting room for over an hour, asked the woman at the desk how much longer it would be, she told me another 20 minutes - as she was still putting all my kids info in the system.... Went back into the exam room, waited another 20 minutes for the dr to come in. He never even looked at the rash on my kids. He stood at a distance from them, leaning against the counter the whole time. He seemed a little hesitant about it being poison ivy since it's so late in the year - yet never examined the rash to see if it was something else. All he was concerned about was getting me to schedule an allergy panel at that facility, which will absolutely never happen! Absolutely terrible experience and have to agree with other reviews that the staff is very unprofessional. I would rather drive a distance next time to another facility, than deal with these people again. read more

Today was my first, and last time at Beyond Urgent Care in New Milford. We were waiting for over an hour to be taken which would have been fine but this time it was annoyance only because the woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude and unprofessional. She was openly complaining the entire time about other patients and, what seemed to be, everything else that was going on around her. She really seemed to have little to no people skills what so ever. Once I was finally taken, she took my blood pressure and vitals and left and maybe 15-20 minutes later the doctor came in, who was very pleasant and kind. She talked to me for 5 minutes and ordered a strep test for one of the nurses to take. I waited another 5 minutes to be seen and the nurse was unprepared and finally came back with what she needed and took my throat swab test. She said the test should be done in 5-8 minutes and they'll be right back with the results. I waited 35 minutes until I walked back out into the waiting area to ask if it was possible to just be phoned when the results came in because I had wasted over 2 hours of my day waiting for them while listening to how unorganized they were and the CONSTANT complaining about their job. I was still very polite when I asked but I needed to leave. When I had asked for the results to be sent to me the nurse gave me a confused look and asked "oh she hasn't been back to you yet? Geez it's been awhile?"... immediately the doctor came back told me the results and sent me on my way..... I wonder how long I would have sat there if I hadn't said anything ! read more

my daughter thought she might have ear infection and went to BUC in july 2018...before she went i called and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told they did..she had ear infection and was given RX for antibiotics....I soon received a bill from Lung Docs of CT,Pc...the bill had charges for a "new patient visit" for $357.00......my insurance paid $107.00....so my 23 year old daughter who is a college student is expected to pay almost $250.00 for an ear infection. This is outrageous...urgent care is available for people who have a simple medical issue and need a quick visit...if she went to the ER with an ear infection...her out of pocket would have been $50.00....do not ever visit this clinic.....how is my daughter supposed to pay $250.00 when she HAS insurance.....a pure scam read more

Do NOT go here. I was the only patient and it took them nearly 2 hours to treat me. Also, I ran out of a prescription cough syrup, and called to ask for a refill. Unbeknownst to me, the Dr that saw me 2 days earlier, bounces around to different locations. I was told he is the ONLY doctor that could refill the prescription. I said that was ridiculous, that if he's not in the New Milford office, where I saw him, then whoever was on call there should write out the refill for me. They said that it doesn't work like that. So I had to go 2 days without medicine until my husband was able to drive to Bethel to pick up the prescription and get it filled. Unbelievable! Not worth the aggravation and hassles. I just read the previous reviews and my experience was nothing like them. The doctor who saw me was very kind and professional, she listened to what my problems were ( so many doctors do not, presuming they know better!) and I was really pleased with her knowledge. The prescription worked very quickly and she even recommended a herbal cough medicine ( my previous doctor would dismiss all the natural remedies). The reception girl is a different matter. She was not rude, but she was not pleasant either. I was the only patient at the time but she still managed to ignore me . If this was my place of business I would fire the receptionist on the spot. This is the most unprofessional doctors office I've ever been to. Starting with reception was greeted with stone face, no good morning or what can I do for you. When I said I'd like to be seen her response was " photo I'd and insurance card". No please or thank you. When in exam room "nurse" took my blood pressure like I've never had it taken before. No stethoscope or tightness to cuff and after 10 seconds was told my pressure was 90/50! She asked if this was normal I told her no but she did not repeat the test. I was the second patient they had yet sat in exam room for 90 minutes before I walked out in disgust without being seen. I wouldn't recommend anyone go there for a handrail let alone a serious issue! read more

I was treated so poorly here that I had to leave and go somewhere else. The staff in the waiting room were super unprofessional and rude. They were talking about how much they hated working there and how much they hated all their customers. They were shouting peoples copays across the waiting room and telling them to get up front and pay it. I went in due to a fall I had and they tried to treat me for a chest cold. I had to tell them they had the wrong patient. When I went for X-rays I said it was my left side and they tried to take X-rays of my right side. The girl that waited on me was very out of it. I don't know if she was on drugs or what but she was very unprofessional. I asked to also have my foot looked at and they never looked at it or x-rayed it or anything. I had to leave this joke of a practice and go straight to an orthopedic to Pay another copay because this place didn't have any clue. Truly scary experience. read more
