Rossy (follow her on IG @justfab_nails) is my one and only go-to nail technician. I've been seeing her for years now, and come to think of it, I found her and this amazing salon when they first opened their doors years ago by guess who? Yelp of course! Rossy has helped take care of my nails, does quality nail cleaning, and a great job with gel application. Her prices are very reasonable and her services, top notch. Nail services are by appointment only (text her, it's the best way to get in touch with her and schedule an appointment as she doesn't answer her phone if she's with a client). During your appointment you can expect dedicated time to you and only you. Care is taken and she never rushes. I've always found my visits very relaxing and I can focus on myself for the moment. There's a great selection of nail and gel polishes. I'm a huge fan of her selection of glitters, metallics, and nude colors. Sometimes I feel like matting and others, high gloss - Rossy has got it all. Parking can be a bit tough if your appointment is around 9a or 10-ish because of other businesses, so prepare in advance to get there early. When she trimmed my finger nails she didn't make them even on both hands and the polish is unevenly applied and applied a good amount away from the cuticle it looks like a week or two grow out. I also walked out with paraffin wax still in between my toes and didn't realize till I got to the car.

I'm not sure if they have the incorrect phone number on file, but instead of rectifying the situation, the person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone. There are many other better options on the island that will actually treat you like a paying customer. Update in response to business owner: Thanks for your response. I'd like to clarify a few points from my perspective, as I feel parts of your reply are dismissive of the customer experience. First, I did not receive any missed calls or voicemails from your business prior to the cancellation email, despite what you've stated. It's not acceptable to imply I was unresponsive when I had no way of knowing you were trying to reach me.
