There was zero flow to the class and it was all inversion prep or counting down from 10 to hold a pose. Hot power is not a yoga class, it's a fitness class with yoga postures. At the end the teacher dropped a cool wash cloth on my hand. Would have been nice to have been forewarned about that. I might have passed. I purchased a 2 week pass but I'm unsure if I'll be back.

I love the yoga offerings and feel the additional payment for those is acceptable. I pay for an online instructor I've used for years $10 a session so going at least once a week is similar. Tara and Janel are both talented and accommodating instructors.
