The folks who work there are great and the instructors are top-notch. My only complaint is that the building itself is a little old, stinky, and clammy. In my dream world, they keep the gorgeous historical exterior, but completely renovate the interior. I think they've prioritized keeping affordable access to a great program, so I'll live with it.

The fitness classes are so incredible and there is a great team atmosphere where everyone cheers for each other. Paula the fitness instructor helped me with form and always showed multiple levels so you could choose to coast or shred! She was so enthusiastic and supportive. My older son also did swim lessons and I really appreciated how the focus is on safety. Great place for the whole family. I highly recommend this place!

I love the yoga offerings and feel the additional payment for those is acceptable. I pay for an online instructor I've used for years $10 a session so going at least once a week is similar. Everyone there is so welcoming, the workouts are fun and challenging, and the coaching is top notch. You can't beat the community and support here. It helps keep you motivated to come to the gym which is huge! It is so fun and never an intimidating environment. Truly a program for all levels of fitness. If I ever am having anything that's tight, or sore, she makes sure to address them during that session. My strength has improved, I haven't had any injuries (this has happened to me during regular pilates classes with poor form), and I look forward to my class with her each week.
