In my dream world, they keep the gorgeous historical exterior, but completely renovate the interior. I think they've prioritized keeping affordable access to a great program, so I'll live with it.

The fitness classes are so incredible and there is a great team atmosphere where everyone cheers for each other. Paula the fitness instructor helped me with form and always showed multiple levels so you could choose to coast or shred! She was so enthusiastic and supportive. My older son also did swim lessons and I really appreciated how the focus is on safety. Great place for the whole family. I highly recommend this place!

Even more surprising is how l've been treated as a customer. I reached out to lla Yoga after purchasing 10 classes that I was unable to use all year due to pregnancy complications. I was told to reach out to them closer to when the classes expire. I will be unable to use the classes in the timeframe I was finally provided with upon reaching out to them yet again, and was told that it was far outside of their policy to continue pass extensions for scheduling conflicts, and that they hope I can be "understanding and respectful" as they are a small business. I cannot think of any other business that uses that wording in their stock reply to customers. Yes, they labeled pregnancy a "scheduling conflict". They use their small business status as an excuse for greed and poor customer service.
