She didn't know how to properly apply bleach to my hair which is why my hair came out so patchy and She wasn't upfront about not being able to complete the look I wanted or about not being able to do my type of hair and now has caused me to have to process my hair more then I wanted to fix what she messed up causing more damage to my hair. I didn't want to have to put so many harsh chemicals on my hair multiple times but now I am left with no choice as my color didn't come out singular. She tried defending her work by saying the colors weren't so far off from each other which was a lie because my hair is 3 completely different colors. She also tried to say that if she's so terrible why is she booked out for weeks but it is clearly because nobody knows how bad she truly is because they've never been to better!! After a thorough research and multiple fingers pointing to The L Salon for something fun and funky, I decided to give it a try. I was also looking for something for YESTERDAY so my favorite part is I didn't have to wait weeeeeeeeeeeks to get in for a haircut appointment. I was able to easily book online and come by within a few days. The L Salon instantly has the coolest vibes with a team you can tell works closely together and feels like a family. I booked my appointment with Mikayla since Kayla didn't have any availability for the day I wanted to come in on. And I'm SOOOOO glad I did.
