Instead of taking a minute to explain anything, the woman at the front just told us to pick a color and walked away. When we sat down and asked again what the differences were, the staff acted like it was funny that we didn't already know. We felt rushed into picking a package, so we ended up choosing the most expensive one thinking it would actually be worth it. Come to find out, it basically included bubbles and lotion by things that should honestly come standard. On top of that, the actual pedicure itself was rushed and super rough. It felt like they were just trying to get us in and out as fast as possible instead of actually taking their time. The whole time they were talking to each other, making eye contact with us, and laughing whenever we asked questions, which made the whole experience really uncomfortable and unprofessional. For the prices they charge, I expected way better customer service and way better quality. Definitely not worth the money, and I won't be coming back.
