Dena and the ladies in the office are amazing. I was referred to Dena by a friend. I think Dena knew my case was a little challenging from the start and was not afraid to jump right in, gave her point of view and opinions. I'd give negative stars if I could... Very bad client service. Ms Bezz purposely insulted the judge immediately instead of answering questions and explaining the case she insisted he read documents she submitted just before court. She brought up laws that she didn't understand and had to be educated on. She argued points not valid to hearing putting matters before court that did not need to be heard in order to further my case but instead gave father's attorney opportunity to have orders made before having the opportunity to prepare. Miss Bezz submitted incomplete information and provided wrong information as well. Miss Bezz gave terrible legal advice that ended up costing me an extra 2000 on top of her legal fees. The Office employees are rude and accuses client to be at fault for not providing documents or requesting documents and out right lies to and about clients. Instead of fixing problems with staff treating clients poorly or for not them/her providing documents needed Miss Bezz just says it is all the clients fault and the client should know when it's not the clients job to know what is needed. If we knew that then why would we pay her outrageous rates?! She forgot to request legal fees. If you do use this attorney read every word you sign as well. Miss Bezz told me to sign things just before court in a hurry and said it was one thing and turned out to be completely different. Her staff prepares documents incorrectly and incomplete as well . Miss Bezz also brought up things I specifically told her I did not want to bring up for fear of the retaliation and my sons safety yet she threatened to use information to the opposing party's attorney forcing me into the position to talk about something I was not ready to talk about nor wanted on record for my son to read someday. If she says you don't need something ask she wright down and sign that you don't need it, why you don't need it, and how she will fix it if you do need it. I got more advice and help from the free family law center. It was a longer wait but at least it was the right and complete information. It also didn't cost me 4000 for 1 day at court and false incomplete documents. If you are in a domestic violence situation call weave for help. They will give you legal advise, counseling services, and resources to help you and your children through this awful time. read more

This law firm APPEARS professional and caring upfront. But as soon as they have your money, they can't spend it fast enough and rack up more billable hours. Their communication is practically non-existent, unless they want their money. Then they hound you. The advice they give is so poor, it's like they are working for the other side. Dena set up a meeting with my ex's attorney to discuss things related to the case. She NEVER once fought for the few things I wanted, spousal support and equitable division of property. She "bargained those things away" in favor of something else that never materialized. She filed motions I told her not to file, and of course charged me thousands of dollars for the work. I can't go into too much detail yet, as I am working to get rid of her as my lawyer. But trust me, don't waste your time or your money at Bez Law. And don't be fooled by the initial consultation. I needed help with a custody issue. I have two girls, both live with my former husband. I agreed to this arrangement until I was able to get another job and provide a good home for my girls. Even though I have joint legal custody, my x has sole physical custody and that's what I wanted to change. I found the Bez Law Firm on the internet and ended up hiring them. They charge less than other firms (at least that what I thought) so that was good too. They were good at staying in touch but in the end they did a very poor job of representing me. I spent thousands of dollars from my savings and ended up with nothing! They were simply "paper pushers". They filed all sorts of things with the court and talked a lot with my x's attorney but all to no avail. When we went to court I could clearly see that Ms. Bez was in over her head. She looked like a deer in headlights when the judge asked her questions and just looked at me and said "what do you think". I mean really, is this what an attorney does? I didn't know what to do or say because she did not prepare me for the court hearing. I left in tears and with no more money. Fortunately, I was able to get some FREE legal assistance and now I have joint physical custody with my two beautiful daughters! It took years, but I did it! BTW, my FREE attorney said that I was totally misrepresented by the Bez Law Firm. I though that my just be one attorney bad mouthing another attorney, but after I saw the results I knew he was right. read more
