And my heart goes out to the customer service reps in the Philippines -- I assume they are paid lousy, and they are given absolutely no power or knowledge about how to actually fix problems. It's hard to not get enraged at them because they are the only people AmeriGas make it possible to talk to. Someone, like the AG, needs to sue this company. Continued to tell me they would show up with police to drain my tank, we were also sent two different invoices for the same service. Bill was $578 I just had a $500 bill from them last month. I am fine paying my bill but I want to pay for what I actually received not their inflated theft. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WHEN AUTHORIZATION WAS REMOVED.
