I visited for a deep tissue and hot rocks massage. I have previously been to the thai deep tissue…read moremassage and I was looking forward to a continuation much closer to home. While the environment and background sound made the visit very relaxing, deep tissue was not in the room with us. I am used to really getting knotts dissolved i guess you can say and my body going full y into rest mode. Yes, its painful but also necessary. I will say I got a stomach massage also and that was probably the best part. I wish that would have been longer. I could feel rhe bumps and weird spots that help tension and lack of digestion in my organs. It reminded me of those Mexican grandma massages you'd get when you were a toddler. While I appreciated the experience I would not return for the deep tissue massage. I would however be curious of the rest of the treatments they offer at this location. The gentleman who treated me was professional and attentive ensuring I felt comfortable at all times and continuously checking on me. He also advised me to continue stretching and hydrating after the massage. Massage gets one star but the therapist and location, including ambiance really make up for it in their own way. Like I said, they have a variety of other offers worth exploring.

The salt cave is amazing. I really felt the cleansing effects of the salt when lying down directly on it and the atmosphere is relaxing.

I finally had the chance to treat myself to a visit today, and it definitely lived up to my expectations. I especially enjoyed the themed rooms throughout the spa. My favorite was the cold room as it was incredibly refreshing, especially on such a hot California day. The entire experience was relaxing, clean, and just what I needed. I'm already looking forward to coming back, and next time I plan to bring my parents so they can enjoy the experience as well. Thank you, Spa Hue, for such a wonderful visit!

I left with a heat induced migraine. My family and I visit this spa often, but after today we will be reconsidering. We had to leave early since the heat and stuffiness was unbearable. It's so warm in the main area, it's the same temperature as outside (where there's a heat advisory) and it's almost the same temp as the charcoal room. The charcoal room actually felt cooler because it felt less stuffy. The cold room was almost room temp and was packed with people trying to cool off. Multiple people were fanning themselves or drenched with sweat. We've asked multiple times for the AC to be lowered, where staff informed us that it was the lowest the AC could go. No other measures were taken to help with the heat, no fans or anything were put out. Our family came to celebrate two birthdays and were hoping to relax. We were not able to relax at all and instead wasted $200 at this not enjoyable establishment. We asked if we could get a partial refund, which the spa stated they could not. They offered us travel size soaps as an apology, which I declined.
