This was not her fault--the facility put her in a situation where she could not comfortably complete the service. Because the massage was shortened, several areas were completely skipped and I did not receive the full treatment I paid for. Despite this, I was still expected to pay the full price. I understand that unexpected issues happen, but the facility should have offered a reasonable accommodation. Since the service was incomplete due to a facility issue. My review was primarily about the quality and completeness of the service, as well as the fact that the session was ultimately shortened due to the facility's AC issue. Simply apologizing for an "unforeseen event" does not address the underlying concern, particularly since I was informed that the AC issue is an ongoing problem. Since this concern has not been adequately addressed, I will be contacting the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health -- Environmental Health Services (EHS) to report the facility conditions and request that the matter be reviewed. Aurora has a Cryo chamber, which I love and is a lot easier to convince myself to go into rather than getting wet in water. I've been going consistently two times a week, sometimes three times a week starting with the sauna and then finishing in the Cryo chamber. I've noticed a great difference in my body. Also, I didn't get sick with a flu or cold this year while doing it, so it's definitely helped me. I messaged them on instagram and I was surprised how promptly I had a reply; I met with Calvin later that day and we went over what my goals were. He actually even encouraged me to start the training later that afternoon... safe to say this is the one type of training that stuck with me. I've had other gym memberships before but this type of training really is different, (in the best way possible). You're met with real people, with real goals in an encouraging and engaging environment. Calvin and his wife Trinh are such down to earth folks. This gym is just an extension of who they are and what they've built. No matter the starting point, they meet you where you're at and go from there. It's definitely not your commercial gym, it's a space where you're allowed to go your pace but also pushed to limits you didn't think possible. I also love the option of coming in the mornings or afternoons... Coach Marco is another trainer (in the morning) that knows what he's talking about and celebrates you hitting your goals! The community is super encouraging especially at the end of the training block when everyone is testing their 1 rep max. It gets rowdy and it's a lot of fun. Coach Calvin is super friendly along with his wife Trinh. They recently moved to their new location in downtown Upland which is super spacious. The team training focuses on the big 3 powerlifting movement: squat, bench, and deadlift. Do not be intimidated. I have seen first hand people start with the barbell and grown into strong individuals. It's a matter of consistency. There is a morning session and an afternoon session (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Morning sessions are run by Coach Marco. He's super accommodating and fun to train with. It doesn't matter if you're just starting, jumping back on the saddle, or looking for a group to train with, come check this place out. I said I'd give team training a try for a few month in Feb 2022. Two plus years later and it's wild home much more stronger and fit I've become! Consistency Consistency! One thing to note about the gym. This isn't a commercial gym. You get a space to train where you don't have to deal with inconsiderate people taking up machines, checking themselves out in the mirror, and leaving equipment all over the place.

I was skeptical since this was my first time. I saw the reviews about feeling "energized" and "hydrated" after the IV drip. That was not my experience though. I didn't feel either of those things, but- I noticed something very strange on my drive home. Right after getting the immunity IV drip, I was driving home and realized that I could see perfectly clear! I'm talking 20/20 vision when I normally am blind as a bat!!! I have to wear my glasses to see far away. But wasn't wearing them this evening. I was SHOCKED that I could suddenly see 20/20 or close to that! It has been years since I've been able to see that clear without glasses! It was like being in a depressive fog and then suddenly realizing what not being depressed was like- the cloudy window was now crystal clear. I don't know how this even makes any sense. I had 21 credits and had a health issue where I was unable to use what I was paying for fast enough for them. After management expired 13 paid for credits I went in to use my remaining 8 credits. I was told that I needed to give them my credit card and pay for more credits $179 or I could not use the balance of my already paid for credits. This company is crooked and I will be reporting them to the BBB. Do not get caught up in their payment cycle. I will be contacting mall management and anyone else to get a refund of my money for the credits they did not allow me to use.
