After a Couple of hours on site with himself and two technicians and charging me $300.00 plus taxes he couldn't come up with a fix. He told me he would need to reach out to his supplier and another tech in the industry . After he said he consulted with them his fix to me was to replace the heat pump and oil fired furnace. I won't go into that cost if was to say it would be North of $10,000.00 at minimum. Today I had someone look at the heat pump after about 10 minutes he had a fix with a part that would cost about $30.00. My heat pump is now working.

When I called them about it, they didn't take responsibility for their work and told me I would need to pay extra for a technician to come after hours. I tried to bleed the lines, but didn't get all the air out before the boiler shut off, and I was too scared to push the button again. I called after hours, and buddy walked me through the whole thing step by step- which means my kids had hot baths tonight! He did not have to help me over the phone, he could have charged me a bunch of money to send someone out to do it for me. He started the process, cleaned it and on putting it back together said we had problems, indicated to my husband we had a fault, husband looked and said that symbol was normal and came on when we had a demand for hot water in the home. The tech still saying we have problems with the system. Then we hear him on the phone looking for direction, at one point he said "its my fault" to whoever was on the other end of the line. My husband then said, we didn't have a problem until you came and oh my we hit the HURT feeling train. Now we are on speaker phone with the owner/boss a rude and arrogant person. His claim, we are not responsible for things that break during a cleaning?? "Shit happens" as I quote his words. We will pay for the cleaning, have another company come check the boiler and never call them again. If I could rate a "zero" I would . If propane is an issue don't agree to service it, my husband had to remove the bolts from the combustion chamber, he was too nervous to do it, but claims to have many years in the trade. I had a…read morenumber of other electricians and boiler repair techs in over the preceding 2-3 years due to ongoing issues and no one identified what Shannon detected; that the circuit breaker was set too high with the result that the new boiler could have ended up cooking itself and also need to be replaced if it was not changed. Greg and Connor were very polite and courteous, making sure they took their boots off each and every time they went in and out to the service van. Cory was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us during the sales process and you couldn't ask for a better pair of administrative personnel than Jamie and Candice in the office. We received 4 quotes from several different companies but none could match the customer service experience we received from the folks at Atmosphere.
