Several years of loyalty and 10's of thousands of dollars spent here with my business all thrown away over one issue.(extended shipment times) The customer service rep cancelled my order and closed my account because i called in and complained about service and was seeking an option to fix it. Their rude attitude escalated my frustration. They were unwilling to entertain the fact that they made a mistake. For a third time in all the years i had to call in and check an order to get momentum on it, it usually only happens around the holidays, this time no excuse. I called and complained but instead of resolution I was told by them that they are a good company with good reviews and that they see no issue. I cant get over how i was treated and it only made me more mad. I got hung up on because i expressed that i was getting F**ked on this and that their attitude was unbelievable. Order received in a damaged open box and one end and re-taped on the other. Inspection found that the contents were used and obviously returned by a previous customer and resold to me. Requested to return for credit and was informed that I was responsible to repackage and take to a location they choose. No thanks, you delivered crap and it's their responsibility to come get it to the delivery address. Dispute filed with credit card company...I will get my refund and if they want their damaged goods they can come get them. read more

I've had the worst customer service experience. I tried to change shipping to ground from 3-day delivery (from $167 to $80--still ridiculous for one item) soon after placing the order. The rep to whom the matter was escalated was extremely rude/unprofessional/argumentative--even with my credit union rep on the call, too. "It takes one to know one," she said to me at one point. She threatened legal recourse. No sense of CS. I will share broadly. Do not buy from this company. read more

I ordered a BH-360 Salt Water PWC lift with 12 ft pipe for $2432.81 in July of 2017. I had it professionally installed by a local company specializing in boat lifts that did not carry this product. This was the most expensive model from the company, and my jet ski is not a heavy one - only 2 person. I only received half of the order at first, and it took an extra month to 6 weeks to get the rest of it (12ft pole) . By the time it was installed the short guarantee period was over. The lift seemed to work at first. However, it only works intermittently. It stops at different points of going up and will not continue. One time I almost lost the jet ski when the tide rose above the height the lift would reach. When I call the installers, they get it working, but it slips or gets stuck again. B-H boat lifts has not returned my calls, and has removed my review from other sites. I am afraid to use my boat lift for fear that I will not be able to lift it out of the water. I get thru to customer service, but they tell me they can not reach the department they need to get in touch with me. Its very frustrating. read more

I had to re-sling my boat hoist with all new cable, pulleys and rigging. BH-USA has a great selection of boat lift hardware and an easy-to-navigate website. I also like their collection of technical information and installation manuals available online. Their prices are very competitive and their delivery was timely. I'll use them again! read more

I purchased two BH-USA Bremes Brand boat lift switches, and while the switches themselves work fine, the handles on both of them blew off in the wind. Buyer beware: There's clearly a design flaw in the way the handle secures to the switch and even more concerning, if you contact BH-USA (as I did) to report the issue and ask for help in the form of a replacement handle, they won't stand behind their product --- they just give you a link and instruct you to purchase a replacement handle ( a piece of plastic for $15). I was persistent with the customer support rep (who in fairness was friendly enough), who finally relented and said she would have her manager email me after considering if he would approve a replacement. Two days later...no response. Good switch. Bad design of the handle. And in my experience, disappointing / lack of customer focus. read more

These people are thieves. I paid a ton of money to buy an electric motor that was supposed to be a high quality american made piece of equipment. This is the 5th one i have purchase in a few years guess they are not that high quality cause they keep going bad. The oneni just purchase burned up in 3 minutes. The factory tells me i have to ship it to them and pay for the shipping. So now im in 285 dollars. They call and tell me there is no warrenty because they changed the way its wired and its my fault it burned up. So i ask them to help me out a little after the 280 burn and sell me one a little cheaper. The scum bags insult menon top of all the original burn and offer me a motor at full retail price.
