He said to show him the other estimates and then he would consider if he could beat their prices and do the work. He said his company is very busy, and selective about the jobs they choose. I think he was just looking for $$$. He never sent an estimate, and when I followed up with him about it, he said, "I thought you were going to send me the other estimates, so I could see if we could beat their price." I think he wasted our time, and felt we wasted his. I did not think this was good customer service at all. Their work may be great, but you cannot be so dismissive to potential customers.

He event called approx. 30 minutes before the appointment to let me know he was on his way, but that he might be a bit late due to snow all over the road.
