Highly recommend!! I had a pet disaster from a guest's dog who got very sick all over the carpet. The carpet would have been ruined if Nathan hadn't called me back within 30 minutes of calling him early in the morning and scheduled the cleaning two hours later the same day. This was during the storms in January and it was difficult to travel anywhere in the mountains. His dad came a few days later to help us pick a paint color, then the painters--Bill and his son--came at the appointed time and finished right on schedule. Their work was excellent. Over the years our home became darker and darker with poor stain jobs - Nathan and his team gave us a great consult and we discussed how to bring the color back to its early color. I trusted Nathan with the project and I have never been happier! They did an amazing job - even with the super exposed front of the house where the sun does some major damage. I was SO thrilled with the exterior that I asked Nathan to give us a bid on the interior. Once again he came out, assessed the job and gave me a competitive quote. Great job by Nathan, Jim, Sammy and Cathy! We had a bunch of fairly large holes in ceilings that were created (intentionally) when we had to chase down and repair some plumbing leaks between floors. Nathan and Jim came out several months ago to look at things and give us an estimate, but we had to wait a few months before doing the actual work to make sure that the leaks were finally gone. They gave us a firm $ estimate and time to completion, and hit all targets. We used Truckee Tahoe Pros last year do a complete interior paint job and were pleased, so asked them to do our exterior recently. Wow, I can't believe it is the same company. They did not prep work or clean-up, we are still scraping stain and paint off window and door frames. They power washed our exterior with chemicals that leaked thru windows and stained the interior paint as well as the window and door frames. There was NO supervision from Nathan on the project. They have taken on too much work and the quality has suffered greatly. read more

Tahoe Truckee Pros really delivered for us. In Nov. 2019 we had a water leak from our refrigerator at our condo in Tahoe Donner. My nephew had stopped by and noticed that the carpet in the living room was soaked and then went into the kitchen and saw the flood. Based on reviews, a friends recommendation and the job we needed, I called Tahoe Truckee Pros right away. Jim was kind enough to stop by within the hour of me calling. He evaluated the situation and made recommendations. I really trusted his knowledge and confidence of what needed to be done. Since I couldn't be there (I was recovering from surgery) he and I communicated by phone. Anyhow, over the week he dried out the water damaged areas, removed damaged flooring and removed the carpet and checked the condo daily.
