On the day of the trip Kevin arrived a few minutes early in a luxury SUV and could not have been more accommodating and professional for the five hour round trip from Bonita Springs to Miami. While his fee was not the least expensive, we feel it was an excellent value for the top-notch service we received. From the start, my communication with Kevin the owner was very professional and always quick to respond to the various questions I had. You can tell he enjoys what he does and takes pride in his company and will go out of his way to make sure you also feel special. He even provides a cooler with water and soda. We used his company to drive us to the Zac Brown concert, we live in Miami and it was in Ft. Lauderdale. All pick up times were puntual and our driver Omar was spectacular. Very accommodating, safe driver and was even kind enough to offer to pick up our pre-concert tailgate set up (food, table, chairs, cooler etc) and put everything away for us so we could walk into the arena with enough time to use the bathroom before the concert. I can not say enough great things about Kevin and Omar, first class customer service all the way. I promise you will feel the same when you book them. With Hurricane Irma barreling down on Miami, we had tried unsuccessfully for a week to get a flight out of town for our 75 year old aunt. We were resigned to having to leave her alone to wait out Irma, when someone arranged for Kevin to drive her up to Tampa. We were so grateful that Kevin would even take the job since weather conditions were incredibly dire at the time. We did not even think he would be able to safely get himself back to Miami. He was our last hope and boy, did he come through! "He was very professional and a gentleman," says our aunt. Kevin = the goat! A group of 4 of us attended the Rolling Loud Festival in Miami this July and we couldn't have had a better driver! Kevin waited for us hours earlier than when the festival ended, his car was extremely clean and it was nice to know that nobody else was in our car like what would happen in an Uber. We would give a 6/5 if we could but unfortunately that isn't possible! Kevin brought us cold water and energy drinks for no extra charge on the way to and way back from our festival. Where do I start? Professional, on time, super clean car ( inside and out). Kevin kept us posted on his arrival for pickup from Miami airport.
