If work was more than could be done, shouldn't I have received a phone call or some communication prior to me picking it up? The customer before me had an issue as well. Only 1 boot had heel attached & zipper on 1 purse. The Ugg, he said, could not be reattached. Price $55.00. That's 2 items, not 3, (I'm attaching heel to Ugg w Monkey Glue as I write this. The hole in the purse I can stitch myself). Customer service can be challenging, I get that - guess this style works for his business. Here's one ex-customer happy to find some other shop. Absolutely will not return. Absolutely not.
