The friendly staff made me feel welcome. Kevin Milo, in the sporting goods department, exceeded all my expectations and raises the bar in the area of customer service for all other businesses. This guy really knows his stuff and deserves a raise. We're from California and have not visited Bi-Mart previously. You can find everything you need here from groceries, to hunting gear, to electronics. I grew up in a small town in Washington state and Bi-Mart was a business my family and visited weekly. When I was visiting my dad up in Oregon it was fun to see another bi-mart available to visit! We went to Bi-Mart to just check it out--to see if it had changed at all after 20 years, see if any products were on sale. Nothing had changed. It was the cute little local chain that I remembered from years ago. All the products were in the same spots and brought back a lot of memories for me. They have a great technology corner, a section for beauty, a section for food and even a place to buy guns and bullets and hunting gear! I really wish we had a Bi-Mart closer to where I lived! Was waiting for my prescription and they closed and a couple of people that worked there were so rude about me being there waiting for my prescription. I was also purchasing other this for the store. Because I felt like a burden and was handled with very rude like I will just go somewhere else from now on. These people are rude and only care about closing the doors and going home. Will never do business here again. They closed at 6 literally left at 6:03. So rude!!!! read more

I really like Bi-Mart. They always have great prices. I like the selection of items they have too. The people are always really nice too.

I dropped off my prescription on Friday at 1pm and told them I would pick it up Saturday. On Saturday they had no prescription for me and went right to the store manager, a male. He accomplished nothing and I had to cancel my dental appointment I had waited months for. These were pre-dental antibiotics and a must for Monday at 8am. I contacted a female manager today and my prescription miraculously appeared! Unheard of activity but she was very nice and gave me a $20 gift card for my trouble... If it would have been my Narcotics prescription there would have been more trouble on Saturday at 5pm then I care to mention/including the Police! read more

This used to be the easiest pharmacy to work with in Klamath Falls. Not sure what happened, maybe it's just one particular person, but last time I phoned in a prescription the pharmacist was very condescending and argumentative. Wouldn't be my first choice anymore.... read more

If you are looking for a new pharmacy in Klamath Falls Oregon, I highly recommend the bi-mart pharmacy. They went above and beyond for me and really value members and veterans. They helped me out when other pharmacies in town wouldn't. The store is good too, specials can be great, non-specials can be average in price. Giveaways are fun too! read more

Just waited 30 minutes with no line for a prescription and had to leave because it made me late to work. Ridiculous. I was even respectful.

bi mart is a great store that hires smart and friendly people who they seem to trust. if the computer doesn't have the price on the sign at the merchandise, they call the clerk in that area and give you that price. then they take down the sign if it's not on sale any more. read more

I am a Bi Mart member and have been for many years, however the person in charge buying merchandise to be put in the stores should be terminated, This person has not kept up with technology. for example, right now through april 10 2016 you can buy a 32 inch 720p tv with a built in cd player for $219.00. this exact tv can be purchased at several other retailers for about half the price, some would argue that bi marts targeted demographic is for older consumers,thats such BS. todays retailer is a show room for most people to see a product and physically touch it before they order from amazon or e bay, but at least that gets people on the store,there are many other examples but why bother, for a group that wants tp thrive and a community thats wants to see them succeed its heartbreaking, its like watching a trainwreck in slow motion, my advice...get with the times, put out the money for a true marketing team and join the fight. read more
