I commented that the boots were still in boxes with prices on them wrapped in the tissue and cardboard and the stickers on the original boxes were $230-250, $285, apiece and I asked how all of my items only added up to me getting a $104.00 check in the end. She claimed only a few had sold and she took the rest of it to donations, After 60 or 90 days.. I asked why I wasn't called to ask if I would like to pick them up and keep them. She said that's not in the contract. She never gave me a copy of a contract! I had called her after I dropped my items off and said "do I get a copy of everything I brought in or something?" Because I forgot to ask for it while in the store. And she said, "you don't need one, but that's up to you. I thought I would be covered since I took pictures of everything and I had seen her and her mom logging my items on paper. In fact they go through it in front of you. The owner loved my stuff. Tried on a couple sweaters and a hat, said those 3 items may have to go home with her...The hat was a wide brimmed popular style you would wear with a summer dress or nice sweater and boots. Kind of western looking. I paid $70 for it and never wore it. I bought it because I loved it but then never wore it because I am not comfortable wearing hats, even though I think everyone else looks cute in them. Anyway, they talk like they are religious and stupid me-I was very trusting and thought they would never take advantage of me. Out of everything I brought in they went through and accepted it all. I changed my mind on one sweater and brought it home with me. Supposedly she took my brand new Ugg boots (3 pair never worn) to donation because they hadn't sold in 60 days. I don't believe that at all! But I had asked her to call me so i could pick up any items that hadn't sold -and donate to family & friends if they didn't sale. It was a horrible experience.

After 20-25 minutes new message saying that due to high demand they cannot bring my order out to my car, that I have to cancel the curbside pickup and go into the store and find the order pickup counter and get my order there. The last visit I called the store and was told that everyone was busy doing other things and didn't have time to take an order out to a car. I explained about trouble walking and was told "too bad" "that's your problem, not ours". I came home and cancelled the order and will buy it from Kohls instead. Very poor service. If they don't have people for curbside pickup, then they shouldn't offer it.

He cleaned the hat, stretched the head band, re-blocked to an open crown, fixed the inner lining and replaced the outside hat band. The hat fits and looks really good. Service in two days. I am extremely overdue in writing this review, but I need to share my story of how Jeanette saved…read moremy dress. I bought my wedding gown at an Alfred Angelo closeout sale nine months before my wedding date. Around four months later I brought the dress to a family friend whom my parents insisted I bring it to because she used to make wedding dresses. She ends up hanging on to the dress until a month before the wedding. When I get it back, I notice my dress was hemmed like a pair of pants, just folded over. The outer layer of my dress is lace and it looked like a loofa. My so-called bustle was a hole through the backside of my dress to just pull the hanger loop out from underneath. It was a mess. I showed my MOH and bridesmaids. It got to a point where they told me to just buy a new dress. I really liked my Disney dress so I made a few calls to some mobile seamstresses. They all said it was too late for my dress to be fixed. This is where Jeanette answers my call and says she could take a look and see if it can be done in 2 weeks. The next morning, I get off work from my night shift, shower, and rush on over to her place which was only 10 minutes away. I put on my dress and she starts to take apart the stitching my family friend did to the lace. It was salvageable. I saw all the dresses she had made and placed on display. I knew I was at the right place. She specialized in lace. Four days after I left my dress with Jeanette, she calls me saying my dress was finished. She really worked her magic! It was ahead of schedule and she lifted so much weight off my shoulders. I tried on the dress and it was perfect. She made a beautiful bustle with three hook points, and showed me how to find the hooks so I could show my bridesmaids. I cannot thank Jeanette enough for taking on the mess of my dress. I highly recommend her for dress alterations and custom made dresses.
