The person who helped me got polish on my cuticles, the sides of my nails, and even on my fingertips. I figured she would clean it up at the end and she did a bit but it was so bad that when I pointed out all the issues, the owner had to come with an electric file and file down all of the excess polish -- and even then it STILL looked messy. You can see some of the polish left up to my cuticles in the photo. I wouldn't risk your $40 coming here -- cus after all that they still charged me the full price. Seems like a toss up if it'll be good or horrible.

I do wish they would have used disposable or new tools for every customer, maybe they did and I didn't see? The ladies here are so kind and sweet! They claim to offer OPI and all of these options but really only have the typical DND. That's fine but don't offer OPI, Essie, Chrome swatches, only to bring out the standard DND when it's time to polish my nails and think I won't notice. It's insulting. As far as Gel X manicures, I go elsewhere because I am super picky about my nail shape and uniformity and no one has gotten it right.
