That alone says so much about the level of care and professionalism in this office! When we first started coming here, Dr. Vicente's father and mother were part of the practice, and they were always incredibly accommodating, kind, and honest. After they retired, the same wonderful culture continued with the amazing Iris and Frances, who make every visit smooth and welcoming. One of the things we appreciate most is how accommodating the office is with scheduling. Whether you need to repair a filling or come in for a cleaning, they will gladly put you on a waiting list and call you the moment a cancellation opens up. Their cleaning appointments book at least 6 months in advance, which honestly speaks volumes about how good they are. I highly recommend scheduling early so you can choose a time that works best for you. Dr. Vicente herself is extremely cordial and has incredible bedside manners. She explains everything she is doing step by step while working on your teeth, which makes you feel comfortable and fully informed. The billing is always honest and transparent, which unfortunately is not something you can say about every dental office. In fact, we had to leave the practice for 1 year due to a dental insurance change and go to one of the larger dental chains. That year was disappointing ~ we missed not only Dr. Vicente but also the honesty, transparency, and fair pricing that this office provides. The difference in care was night and day. We were so relieved to come back. Dr. Vicente and her entire team are professional, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. I genuinely give Dr. Vicente 10 stars every single visit. As if that's not bad enough, they pressured my husband after his morning appointment (a $300ish exam you have to get to even get into this horrible office) to get a cleaning that same afternoon and PRE-CHARGED him which I have never seen before. He ended up not being able to make the afternoon appointment and they said that's fine. No $45 charge there! But what they did do is KEEP THE PREPAYMENT! He had to call and ask for it back! After two weeks of it not being back on our credit card he called again. The woman said OH we mail our refunds and yours was sent at the time but the mail is slow. The ladies here & every now & then the guy tech have always been awesome . They fixed work that my sucky dentist did back in my small town. Scheduling appointments are pretty easy here. I come every 6 months unless I need anything additional. They are very clean and seems as if they take pride in caring for their patients & teeth. The office just upgraded next door & the new building is really nice . It's nice to see how the fruits of their labor after years came to a new building !
