Sometimes the six month cleanings are 8 months apart. I do like that they use email to confirm appointments and check-in. I found her to be unprofessional and unhelpful when I tried to get clarification about the charges and insurance adjustments. I went in expecting to have a front tooth fixed, but instead left feeling pressured into additional treatment and frustrated by the billing process. When I walked in I was greeted warmly. They took my information and I talked with them about the procedure. They answered all my questions. Dr. Puma Patel was the one who did the procedure. She and the nursing staff have great patient-centered communication and rapport. She and the nurses worked as a team to create and place the temporary crown. It took less than a half hour. On top of that, their estimate is Twice as much as other dentists, Over $6,400!!! Be aware they are scammers. they lie to get you in their office then pressure you by saying they use top of the line materials, so other dentists dont use good material?? I will not recommend these Dentists to anyone, even my dog.
