The day of my free consultation with Dr. Georges Raffoul was the beginning of my life changing journey. My teeth were at a critical point and needed either a massive overhaul of repairs, or complete artificial replacement (do all you can NOT to give up and have all your teeth pulled). When I came partially informed about procedures and asked questions, he listened to me and told me to take my time to express my thoughts and concerns. I knew he had several patients in other rooms at the time, but he listened patiently. That's when I knew I had my guy. My work involved keeping as many natural teeth as possible. He placed new beautiful crowns on damaged teeth, and replaced old failing crowns from long ago. Three new implants were inserted and gave life back to areas that would normally have required a bridge. When the work was complete, I don't mind telling you that I was overcome with emotion. I have lived with sub-par teeth my whole life, no matter the amount of preventative care I invested in them. Through my various visits, I couldn't help to notice that EVERY technician that worked with me was an artist. Each one of them was a perfectionist and took pride in their area of responsibility...and they all did it with genuine care and concern. I have never experienced a more unified and friendly medical office in my life. If you too are at a point where you thought of giving up and doing a desperate dental action, STOP. It's unfortunate that I have to write this review. I have excellent Medicare Aetna PPO dental insurance, but this dentist seemed more interested in maximizing what they could bill than in providing care. Although my insurance approved the deep cleaning they claimed I urgently needed, the office refused to begin treatment without "written authorization." My insurance then requested the X-rays the dentist had taken, yet two weeks later the insurance company still hadn't received them. The dentist also insisted I needed an additional antibiotic treatment, which they said wasn't covered and would cost me nearly $1,000 out of pocket. When I called Aetna directly, I was told my treatment is covered at 100%. Clearly, the information I was being given in the office didn't match what my insurance confirmed. To make matters worse, they even denied me a standard cleaning, saying I "wasn't a candidate." No dentist should refuse a basic cleaning--this was simply a way to push more expensive procedures and bill against my $2,500 annual insurance allowance. My advice: Always call your insurance before agreeing to treatment or paying anything. Ask your insurance company to review the treatment codes the dentist provides. I did this and was able to get my teeth and gums cleaned elsewhere right away, fully covered. Be cautious--this office put profits before patients. read more

Tried to cancel the monthly membership that I have been paying for the last six months towards a cleaning. I asked to cancel as I battle stage 4 cancer as dental cleanings will not be something I will need. It's not that they denied the request so much as how I was treated over the phone. I went here as a patient to have an emergency repair on a broken bondage on my tooth. When I made the appointment, I stated that I just wanted the bonding repaired and they said they would be able to see me. After having pictures taken, the dentist came in and looked at my teeth for about 3 minutes before saying they would fix it with no details and left the room. After this, a woman, who I can only assume has no medical or dental qualifications since she did not present any, entered the room. She proceeded to explain the treatment plan which did not include the services (bonding repair) that I had asked for. She said that the dentist refused to do any temporary repair on my tooth, despite his ability to do so. I stated that I already had a plan to have a permanent repair because this would be needed for multiple teeth which would not be what they were doing. She still stated that they would not do the temporary repair because the dentist thought I grind my teeth and a temporary repair would break, despite me having one for multiple years before that did not break. None of this was stated by the actual dentist to me. I asked to speak to the dentist, and was told I would have to wait. After spending an hour and a half at the office at this point, the dentist comes back and simply says he only does long term repairs, even though they said they would do a temporary repair if I agreed to do a permanent repair with them. I left the office with no tooth. I would not recommend going to this office under any circumstances. I was appalled by the treatment I received, and I have never seen anything like this at another office. read more

As a person that has dental anxiety this is by far the most relaxing and safe feeling dental practice I have ever went to for dental work. My family found the pricing to be honest and fair. This dentist is absolutely amazing. I recently moved here, and needed to see a dentist for a cleaning and checkup. My previous dentist had a waitlist of more than 3 months, so it was nearly impossible to get in. I called this place and they had an opening the next day! When I went in, the front desk staff that greeted me were the sweetest people ever- so friendly and helpful. I ended up having to come back the following week to get some cavities filled, and everyone in the office greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. They all really do care about their patients and take the time to make sure everyone knows that. My hygienist (Mattie) was the NICEST woman ever, and when I had to get my fillings done (which I was terrified of), the assistant held my hand the entire time I was getting numbed up. The overall dentist was also an angel- talking me through every step and making sure I was comfortable. Honestly I thought all of these reviews were paid patients or something because I've never seen a dentist with such amazing reviews, but seriously BELIEVE ME they are the best. I'm recommending this dentist to everyone... even my family that's out of town. Iv had a couple of appointments with them so far & each time they have taken the time to go over every option with me. In my case I really was able to see there character as an office. I am in the process of getting invisaline & payed for my portion of the bill that my insurance wouldn't pay my first visit. My second visit lala the finance executive shared with me her concerns about my insurance dropping me once I turned 22, in 2 weeks (I'm still on my parents insurance) & advised me id end up paying more! They are very trust worthy & willing to push back at my insurance to help me get through the plan me and Dr. Raffoul have for my teeth! They are also more than glad to refund me in full if my insurance company isn't willing to work with us.
