I had an absolutely horrible experience at this dentist office. I went in for a deep cleaning maintenance visit, but it turned into one of the most frustrating and disrespectful experiences I've ever had with any healthcare provider. At my first appointment, the hygienist spent nearly 30 minutes trying to pressure me into getting a treatment I repeatedly said I wasn't comfortable with. Even after I firmly declined multiple times, she kept pushing it. Then, after wasting most of my appointment time trying to upsell me, she told me she only had 10 minutes left for my cleaning and that I needed to leave. It felt like because I refused the extra treatment, she got angry and decided to punish me by refusing to do what I actually came in for. I left feeling humiliated and upset. I called the office to understand why this happened, and although the manager Brandon was respectful and apologetic, I still felt uneasy. He convinced me to give them another chance, so I came back that afternoon for a rescheduled appointment at 1:30 PM. I wasn't even called back until 1:42, and the hygienist (I believe her name was Ema) rushed through the entire cleaning in about 15 minutes. A proper cleaning should take at least 40 minutes to an hour, but she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Her attitude was cold, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The manager later issued a refund and sent me an apology message, saying they would address this with their team, but it's been three days and I haven't heard a single follow-up. Clearly, they do not care about their patients, especially once they found out I was moving out of the area. Their behavior made me feel like I didn't matter to them at all. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. No patient deserves to be treated with such disrespect and lack of care. I will be filing a formal complaint with the dental association because the way this office treats people is unacceptable. read more

I have been a patient at this office for about 2 years now, and I can honestly say the experience has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walk in, I'm always greeted by Kiannie, Johana, and Brandon, who are consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. They really set the tone for every visit. Dr. Georges is truly one of the nicest and most down-to-earth doctors I've ever met. From the beginning, he took the time to really listen to my concerns about straightening my teeth, replacing missing teeth, and achieving a natural, cosmetic look with veneers. He created a thoughtful, long-term plan alongside his treatment coordinator Kiannie (who is awesome, by the way), where I started with orthodontics, kept up with my routine cleanings, and then returned for veneers. During my journey, I was seen by Katie and Madison for cleanings, and they are by far the best hygienists I've ever had. They were always attentive, checked in on my orthodontic progress, and made sure I stayed on track with my treatment plan. After a year in orthodontics, I was finally ready for veneers, and Dr. Georges made the entire process incredible. I had been dealing with fillings and bonding for years, and I knew I wanted something more permanent. He took such great care in giving me my dream smile, and the results exceeded my expectations. I also have to give a huge shoutout to the assistants--Daniel, Liz, and Tiaira--who are absolutely amazing. They are attentive, professional, and always make sure I'm comfortable throughout every visit. The level of care and quality of dentistry I've received here is truly out of this world. The day of my free consultation with Dr. Georges Raffoul was the beginning of my life changing journey. My teeth were at a critical point and needed either a massive overhaul of repairs, or complete artificial replacement (do all you can NOT to give up and have all your teeth pulled). When I came partially informed about procedures and asked questions, he listened to me and told me to take my time to express my thoughts and concerns. I knew he had several patients in other rooms at the time, but he listened patiently. That's when I knew I had my guy. My work involved keeping as many natural teeth as possible. He placed new beautiful crowns on damaged teeth, and replaced old failing crowns from long ago. Three new implants were inserted and gave life back to areas that would normally have required a bridge. When the work was complete, I don't mind telling you that I was overcome with emotion. I have lived with sub-par teeth my whole life, no matter the amount of preventative care I invested in them. Through my various visits, I couldn't help to notice that EVERY technician that worked with me was an artist. Each one of them was a perfectionist and took pride in their area of responsibility...and they all did it with genuine care and concern. I have never experienced a more unified and friendly medical office in my life. If you too are at a point where you thought of giving up and doing a desperate dental action, STOP. From the moment I walked into Dr. Raffoul's office, everything moved very quickly. From the documentation to sitting in the chair. It was the quickest and most professional dentist office I had ever entered. One problem I have always had historically was when I would call weeks in advance, set up an appointment and end up waiting for an hour and a half before ever being seen. That is not a problem with Dr. Raffoul's practice. Dr. Raffoul's staff and practice are very clean and well organized. Dr. Raffoul recommended what needed to be done, offered his services and does not come off as a salesman but as a practitioner who gives you options.
