This was one of the worst places I've ever eaten from. I order home fries with bacon. The bacon was practically raw and the was no flavor to the home fries, absolutely horrible! La Melinche was closed, which is my go-to spot for tacos. So I said, let me try Bianca's; they seem to have a good reputation, as you can see, the reviews are decent. I beg to differ. (1) The online prices are different than the actual prices. The lady's answer, "It must be an old menu." Not my problem, but you charged me more for every single item, so maybe it is my problem. I asked for a new menu- they didn't have one. Come on,now.....I guess so you can keep ripping your customers off (2) They don't tell you on the phone it is cash only. So you either have to leave and go to a bank or ATM that doesn't charge or pay the $2.25 fee, which sucks. (3) The food- I paid $30.75. I got 3 carnita tacos, 2 chicken tacos, the taco platter (4 ground beef tacos), 2 empanadas (beef) and rice and beans. The price sounds okay, right? NOOOOOOOOOO. GREASE CITY. THE GREASIEST MOST OILY FOOD I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. DISGUSTING TO OPEN THE PACKAGES AND ALL THERE IS ...IS GREASE ALL OVER MY HANDS, MAKING THE HARD SHELL AND SOFT SHELLS SOGGY AS EVER. What a disgrace to the art of cooking to have so much friggin grease. I could've went to White Diamond if I wanted to eat food that was going to give me a stomach ache. I am so very angry. I just called the place but they're conveniently closed. I wanted to bring this food back and tell them to eat it esp Bc the lady wasn't that polite. I'm attaching pictures so you can see that I am not exaggerating. At this point, it doesn't even matter what the taste of the food was, because I felt like I just bought from an expensive fast food place. I should've went to Taco Bell, but I wanted authentic tacos and the reviews from all these people really made me think it was good here. Bianca's - really bad business to serve people food with grease dripping everywhere. I don't think you care much about your customer's satisfaction, otherwise you would have a NEW UPDATED MENU ONLINE and you would never subject anyone to a heart attack w all this grease. Needless to say - I ate the hard shell tacos. Threw the soft shells out and used my own tortillas empanadas right to the trash can. I have a stomach ache and so does my bf. Just-from the hard shell tacos. First and very last time I spend any of my hard earned money here again. If you are staying at the Indigo hotel down the street, there are very few places in this area where you can grab some breakfast. I ran over here to grab some breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches look big, but part of that is the big bread rolls they use. IMHO the bread sorta overwhelms the egg and sausage or whatever you end up getting, but on the plus side it's filling =P I won't say I'm a fan but definitely a great place to grab some breakfast. I go to this place all the time. They are known for their breakfast mainly. I usually get the bacon or sausage egg and cheese on everything bagel toasted. They have been around for a long time. My other go to favorite dish is the three hard shell beef tacos. I get those all the times. Prices are reasonable and the service is really good. They definitely know you if you are a regular. The only thing is parking is rough, but I park far and just walk. Definitely worth it and i definitely recommend going here. read more

My boyfriend and I have ordered a few times from this place and they are ok. They don't really toast the bread nor do they make the bacon crispy. We always get a bacon, egg and cheese and it's pretty good besides the above mentioned. Also the prices are pretty high for the area. read more

It's always amazed me how a simple ingredient like an egg can come out so many different ways. In the case of Bianca's they can make the egg come out tasty and properly textured. I got the western omelet and they made it just right with good vegetables gooey cheese and the potatoes were done well too. Next time I'm in rahway I'll explore their menu further. read more

One word, TACOS! This place is a small deli with a few tables offering the neighborhood great food at a decent price. My favorite thing to eat here though is their tacos. I am not talking about those Nasty Taco-Bell type of tacos, but something more authentic and made with much more love. You have 6 Choices to choose from: My favorites are the Chorizo (Fried Sausage Crumbles), Pastor(Shredded Spicy Pork & Pineapple), Bistek (Steak), you can also get Pollo (Chicken),Carnitas (Plain Shredded Pork) and Lengua (Beef Tongue).All of them served in a warm soft corn tortilla with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, jalapenos and a side of salsa and sour cream. Bianca's deli is a great little deli for breakfast options - I've only ever had the omelettes (I always get them on a roll) - but they never fail to make me smile. I recommend the #10 or the brocolli cheese omelette. Whatever you do if you like spicy - get the jalapeños, they are amazing here - and give great flavor to your breakfast. I'm keeping this short and sweet, I went here over the weekend and the food was cool. I had the Mexican steak breakfast, to me it was standard nothing special. This review is for the service, the lady at the counter was just super rude and short with me from the moment I said good afternoon and asked if they were still selling breakfast...other people came in to order and she would stop taking my order and talk to the other customers that she apparently knew, and from what it seemed she was only polite to the Spanish speaking patrons because another lady came in who didn't speak Spanish and she was rude as hell to her too. Ok I've been going there consistently this week and it was a hit or miss through out the week. I stood there waiting for Bianca, the owner, to finish her phone convo! (very unprofessional, especially when you're the only person at the front) The cook decided to take my order, and he didnt know the prices, well no shocker there, being that he's the cook. Yesterday I paid paid 4.00 and change for beef bacon egg sandwich and a small tea(i dont eat pork). Today i was told 5.00 by the cook because it was beef bacon(some days they don't have beef bacon), she then told the cook "no" as she was on the phone that his price was wrong, but she ended up charging me the same price i paid yesterday for the same sandwich and tea, for just a sandwich today. I didnt have the time to dispute prices and she doesn't give receipts so its not like you can compare with proof, so I just left. I got home and I got 3 slices of PORK bacon with eggs on dry bread. Eggs were missing on one side of the bread, i had to open it to rearrange the damn sandwich. I think when ordering you have to be very clear and call them out on little mistakes, I think its interesting that a owner doesnt know her own price list. Im planning on going again to see if this was just a mistake or if this is how they do things there. Consistency keeps customers. read more

So I've been here twice now and have had 3 different sandwiches and they were all excellent. I had an egg cheese and potato sandwich which was standard issue and up to par. Then I had 2 of the tortas. The Bistek and the Milaneza. Let me tell you, these are such awesome sandwiches. They have onion, tomato, avodaco, vinegar, hot peppers, red and black beans and Mexican crema and of course whatever meat you order it with. In my top 5 sandwiches right now for sure. For now they get 4 stars, I'll update it when I sample some more of the menu. I was there when it was reasonably busy and the wait was a touch long but nothing crazy. Good job Bianca's! read more

Wow, very fresh and tasty. It took a few minutes for the order, which is to be expected, but it was worth the wait! Fresh and delicious, I had the chicken quesadilla along with a bowl of chicken soup. The staff was attentive and friendly. Also, a nice selection of non-alcoholic drinks. I found a Diet Snapple Tropa-Rocka and a Bai 5 Antioxidant Infusion drink, which was pretty cool. I would definitely return. read more

My sister raves about this place so my 8 yr old and I tried it out for breakfast. Because I was in a rush I called in my order for 2 breakfast sandwiches. My daughter ran it to complete the pick-up. This place was okay. I'm used to delis being quick, this place ended up being more of a sit down place, and the food took awhile. I got an egg wrap with turkey, and it was more of a turkey wrap than breakfast wrap. The wrap was very tiny as well. Wasn't awful tasting though I can't say much more about it. read more

Best Mexican food yet! I was recommended to come here and when you first look it's a small looking deli. I thought is this the write place? But I gave it chance anyway. The lady at the counter was great! Very friendly and seems like it's the local spot to go too. A lot of people in and out of the place and they know her by name. Even knew some of the guests by name and what they usually order. A little questionable with the time since I saw they were so busy maybe food might take long but we were eating in no time. I had order tacos de bistec and I felt like I was back in Mexico City. The tortillas were flavorful the meat nicely seasoned and just kept it simple. Onions and cilantro! The salsa verde great kick to it but tasty! I would recommend anyone to come here. The place was great and you can tell they put a lot of love in their food! Coming back real soon read more
