I asked him to give me a few days as I hadn't received all the hardware. Once I had, I called him and he was able to come out the next day to start. He showed up on time and stayed till late in the night so that he could get as much done as he could. I asked for some modifications to the original work and he discovered a lingering plumbing issue yet he didn't ask for a huge increase in price.
