They claimed it was never canceled and illegally kept charging us for insurance even though we had other coverage. I had a feeling when we first met them there was a scam brewing. I am going to share the scams with our local network as well as the BBB and the chambers in the area. Good people out there should know they can cancel the AM fam policy and always get a better rate and better coverage in every case.
