My ex-husband and I had insurance with Ted Frits state farm…read moreyears ago when we were new to the area...Ted moved and we had to find another agent, he was nice but I recently divorced, and when it came time to insure my car and new home I decided to go with the Ted Frits agency again. I recently was involved in a collision and when I went to the office and everyone there was very professional and helpful about helping me get all the paperwork done. Ted has always been there to answer questions and even talk us through what to do after we were in an accident and our car was totaled! I was pretty shook up and he calmly instructed me on what steps to take. He contacts us every now and then to assure we have adequate coverage. Well thankfully we met with him last fall to look everything over. He had a couple suggestions on how we could save a few dollars and a great suggestion on how we could improve our coverage for just a few dollars more....Thank goodness we listened!! Our generator went out during an ice storm. Called Ted and with the additional coverage we had purchased due to his advise, it was covered!! Easy breezy!! Thanks to Ted and all his wonderful, friendly office staff we have a new Generator and are ready for power outages! If you want straight forward, friendly people to deal with, I highly recommend Ted Frit's State Farm Agency!! Beth Wainwright

I would like to warn existing customers as well as new potential customers to reconsider this as…read moretheir insurance agent. From personal experience I find that this office is ran by liars and they seem to hire incompetent staff that "screw" things up such as not enter new vehicles in properly for coverage. They tell you that your amount you owe is one thing but then later on it's more than what they told you so now the policy is termed. They also terminate your policy stating you called in to term it out due to the car being sold but then they can't prove that someone called in even though that call was never made. They tell you that they will go off the word of their employee rather than the loyal customer of more than 20 years that has never missed one payment. This is a sad agent for State Farm.

Good spot! Have use Title Underwriters Agency three different times and they all seemed to go…read moresmooth. Friendly employees who know what they're doing. Seems like they take a lot off the top to do what they do, but I have never been anywhere else so their rates might be competitive, I have no idea. While these kinds of things aren't necessarily super fun, I'm glad to have a spot that I know will take care of it for me and provide me with peace of mind.

They…read morerequired the lender to put in specific language about my husband that I suspect was only because we are a same sex couple. They sat on an inspection report for 4 weeks and only released it minutes before close (and even then tried not to release it). They refused to mail certain documents to my attorney. And on top of it all, after we closed, they said to come get the keys from them, and they LOST them leaving us with no way to get into our new home. What an absolute joke. Stay far away.

So we decided to test some of the…read moreothers because we were becoming dissatisfied with the money grubbing fees, the single, decidedly distant location of our regular bank, a huge national entity. The Personal Banker, K.P., was a delight to work with. She walked us through the process, explaining everything to our satisfaction. She was personable and very professional. The experience was better than expected. We were, also, introduced to the Branch Manager, who welcomed us. Nice touch. Subsequent to opening the account, a concern arose and K.P. handled it immediately over the phone. The issue was resolved without having to go into the branch or talk to some 800 number customer service agent with a heavy thick barely understandable accent. So, we'll see if their performance and costs measure up as promised. Stay tuned sports fans!
