When I called to change it, they made me answer multiple questions despite giving them acct #, ss #, address, phone #, etc. They offered a gc promo code for opening the account (to be received within two business days); I never received the code. I called several times over the course of over a week, and got the run around every time I called. A few weeks ago my account was hacked due to a phishing scam. Someone was able to hack into my online banking and transfer money out of my account without my knowledge, and I was unable to freeze my account because the bank was closed and this happened after hours. By time the bank opened the next morning my account had been emptied. I called the bank and spoke to the most inconsiderate woman who blamed me for getting my account hacked and told me that she would essentially do nothing to look into the fraud. Because the money was transferred out of my account before it was withdrawn it is apparently not fraud or theft? After 40 infuriating minutes on the phone with this woman condescending and insulting me I gave up. It is blatantly obvious that this bank does not take fraud seriously and they are unwilling to admit that their easily hackable online banking may be to blame. Gloria then tried to get me to reopen a new account with them since my current empty account was compromised. Why would I ever want to give more money to a bank that just let my account get wiped clean and is unwilling to do anything about it? So much for fraud insurance. They are quick to impose a fee if you go below your balance, but unwilling to file a fraud claim if they appear to be at fault. I'm happily with another bank now and relieved that I never have to deal with Gloria or Jinju ever again. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB and Consumer reports in hopes of saving someone else this stress in the future. DO NOT trust this bank.
