We were welcomed right away by church members and the pastor. Told we're there was free coffee before Sunday school. Asked if we had an questions and shown around the church. Great adult Sunday school lead by the pastor. Different Sunday school options for children and adults. Church services was wonderful. Wonderful praise music and hymns. My first time at this church I was blown away at the wonderful spirit. The choir and music was full of energy. The people were warm and welcoming when my Family and I first arrived. They even gave us a ride to the front door from our car on a golf cart. There is a class for each one of my kids that has plenty of children of the same age. The preaching is spot on and very sound doctrine. My family and I joined this church a few months ago and have not had a single regret. Great church great preaching lf your Looking for a home church I recommend bible baptist church

I noticed a man holding a sign standing on the corner on The Susquehanna Trail and it read "Chicken BBQ" so I kept driving to the local produce stand. I came back and their was the same guy, now mind you it is close to 100 degrees out and he is wearing black jeans. I just thought it was a little odd. My wife suggested we check it out so we drove up to the church and someone started coming toward the car after I parked. I got out and went to pick up 2 chicken dinners both in styrofoam and already put into a plastic bag for $8 each. I later found out the dinners contained applesauce, baked potato, dinner roll, promise butter substitute and a chicken thigh/leg. Back home we put them in the fridge since we had had a big breakfast and were not ready to eat them yet. I got a look before putting them in and it was basically grilled chicken -no 'bbq' really. I decided to cook them in the toaster oven for dinner and made up my own barbecue sauce. The roll was toasted and the potato was fine - the Musselmans applesauce I couldn't really complain about either, but the Chicken was slightly pink after about 20 minutes in the toaster oven -which means we would have had raw chicken to eat if we ate it fresh from the stand on the church yard. Usually when you go to Chicken 'BBQs' they have long charcoal grills with meat being cooked, not so here - they had a pick up with pre-packed styrofoam. I can only guess it was made in the kitchen inside the church. I think the value of the meal was low as a result - I don't want to risk getting sick eating undercooked poultry. I probably would have taken it back to show them but it was several hours later and I was going to meet someone. I have never been to a service, I would not want to mislead anyone in that respect, however I was not pleased with the experience. I have gotten sick from undercooked chicken in the past and don't want to endure it again - you should not have to cook a meal to completion that you bought sold as ready to eat. read more

I measure a church by it's service, message and integrity to the word of the bible. This is an amazing church filled with such loving and friendly folks. Pastor Bill delivers a riveting sermon. The music director and musical arrangements are wonderful. You instantly feel welcomed here. They go out of their way to greet newcomers. They even have a section for the deaf and full-time interpretation. I haven't seen that before. They offer a number of Sunday school classes prior to service which are great. This is a very friendly and high quality church. You feel like family early on but most important is they live by the word of the bible. read more
