The ladies there who own it, are friendly and helpful. The young guys who help load into your car and such, are kind and helpful too. They offer delivery for those of you who buy a lot or need help with a larger vehicle. This is a really great touch. It's family-run and in addition to the antiques they also sell mulch out back. I drove past it the first two times I went because it comes up quickly and is somehow hard to see on Chester Pike there, but once you know where it is you'll do okay. Looking forward to my next trip. As an example: Lily Pulitzer dresses priced at $20 each, when a resale shop would easily put them at $10. Was also there at the second half of the *last* day of the sale, yet Ms. Gledhill was deeply uninterested in making any kind of deals or accepting offers. I noted that a woman was interested in an extremely large and heavy hanging bell that was sitting unpriced in the basement, for which Ms. Gledhill wanted $50. When the woman said that seemed like too much, Ms. Gledhill copped quite an unprofessional attitude in her expression of disinterest in negotiating. I also must say I was shocked at Ms. Gledhill's attire. If this is meant to be an upscale estate sale agency, you would not have surmised this by her manner of dress; she seemed as if she had just come from a yoga class, and not like someone present and representing a classy agency looking to help turn over high end estates. At the same time, it seemed like there were many higher value items whose prices had been overlooked, so ironically I bought an epensive blazer and an vintage sweater for $5 each. If I was the *seller*, I would be quite irritated to know this. Based on what I observed as a *buyer*, I would not suggest turning to this agency for your estate sale needs.

This was my birthday and I was first in line for what I thought would be a great estate sale. I expected the entire set of books to be for $750, not $10,000! Every single item that had any value at all was priced extremely high. All I heard the entire sale was others annoyed with the prices. Would block every sale from this business in the future, not worth the headache of the astronomical prices.

While it had the typical Goodwill set up I found their sorting, organization, and display process poor. The larger pieces and housewares weren't as plentiful as other locations, and many items were so beyond help that it was a shame to waste space putting them on the sales floor. Furniture was downright nasty for the most part and overpriced. Staff wore masks as their chin and dodged customers like they couldn't be bothered. As a reseller I rarely leave empty handed, but here that was indeed the case.
