I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted but Tyler made it easy for me & make suggestions of what he thought would look nice. We used Kitchen and Bathworks to renovate 2 bathrooms. They were generally helpful in choosing the toilets, showers and baths. The prices were reasonable. Service was initially good until we ran into problems with missing materials for the vanity and faucets which took forever to arrive. Although the last bathroom was finished in February 2019 we just received the last items in May which we picked up ourselves after repeated E-mails (which were ignored) and phone calls. read more

Rich and his team have been wonderful to work with. We have had many visits to the store with my 3 boys in tow and they have been accommodating and welcoming to all of us! They have paid excellent attention to detail. We started by picking a bathtub and drain that had a chrome finish, but when we went back to pick our fixtures we switched to a brushed finish. I never thought to update the drain to a brushed finish, but when Rich ordered the drain he ordered it with the matching finish! Both Rich and Rob have helped us pick out the fixtures and necessary valves and been so helpful and accommodating to our tight budget. They have provided wonderful service along the way for our bathroom remodeling project and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for Bath and Kitchen products. read more

Did a complete gut of my master bath, right down to the studs. And I did it myself. Custom shower, heated floor, full body spray shower,, the whole works. Bought all my sink/shower/toilet stuff from Kitchen and Bathworks. He has pictures at the place. Awesome experience working with the guys here. Rich was great to work with. Very helpful in explaining how to install the stuff. Very straightforward about cost vs capability trade-offs. He even replaced my shower door, free of charge, when it smashed during installation. My experience was really good. I am very satisfied with the fixtures and the service here. If you are just looking to throw a bathroom together, low end, then sure... go to Home Depot. But if you are looking for a great bathroom that adds value to the home, or looking to make a bathroom that you really enjoy using, then i highly recommend working with Rich and his people at Kitchen and Bathworks. I wish I could give Kitchen & Bathworks 10 stars! It has been such a pleasure to work with Rich Buarne. I stopped into the showroom on a weekday in early July in our quest for fixtures for our master bathroom remodel. My husband and I had hired a 'highly recommended' contractor and had limited time to pick out our fixtures, because the contractor had time in his schedule to start the job the next week. I walked around the showroom, Rich answered some questions and made some suggestions. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the products and bathroom design. My husband and I went to the showroom that Saturday morning. Rich guided us through the process, kept within our budget, sold us quality products and helped with the overall design. He didn't rush us and wasn't pushy. Their prices are comparable with other kitchen and bath stores and the quality of the fixtures is way above that of the big box stores. Unfortunately, our contractor, who had come so highly recommended, did an awful job - we had to fire him halfway through the job, have the marble tiled shower demolished, hire a new contractor, etc.. All of the items we purchased from Rich were ordered correctly and delivered on time - he even delivered a package to our house one evening. Any issues that came up were handled immediately and efficiently - for example - we had purchased 2 medicine cabinets from a showroom catalog, because of the contractor issues, the boxes weren't even opened for 3 1/2 months - when we saw them one was defective and we didn't like them - the mirrors were too small. I called Rich, he said, "no problem, bring them back, pick something else out." Every phone call, every text, every email was answered - and with a smile or some witty comment!
