The woman that did my massage was very pleasant, but the multitude of hot/warm rocks didn't do it for me and all the fragrances kinda overwhelmed me. I just needed a good ol' rubdown which I thought was missing.Next on the list was a pedicure. I was shown into a darkened room where a girl sat on the floor with a small desk lamp on. I am pretty sure these ladies are not licensed as they did not require a health consent nor did they ask me that if i have any areas to avoid which resulted in her re-injuring a torn rotator cuff. There was no skill in my massage just pouring oil all over me and rubbing it into my skin. They did not know trigger points and The deep tissue was a joke, and she rubbed her elbows down the middle of my spine which really hurt. They did that to my husband as well. I honestly have never wanted a massage to end so badly. At the end of the massage when my husband and I were getting dressed, she walked back in on us and we were fully nude No knock, no warning nothing. Again, I am 100% sure these ladies are not licensed nor did they go to massage therapy school as I was a licensed massage therapist myself. Not to mention, putting hot stones on bare skins is a huge no-no. It is against a massage therapy's creed as it can burn people and causes lawsuits. I never asked for hot stones because I'm heat sensitive and they put tons of hot stones all over me, including hot towels. At one point, the rocks kept falling on the floor and they were picking them back up and putting them back on top of me that is unsanitary. They kept leaving the room to attend to other customers and answering the phone. They were answering the phone while we were in the room getting massages. The whole experience was just terrible.

This place is ridiculous. Came here under the premise that it had nearly all 5-star reviews only to…read morebe completely thwarted on quality and customer care. First off, the place was dark and messy, no music, and only one person working, so my mom and I had to take separate turns to get manicures. Next, we both got BASIC SHELLAC manicures. And when I say basic, I mean, he barely clipped all my cuticles, and gave me about an 8 second arm massage. Then, he painted our nails with shellac polish. Which truthfully, I probably could've done a better job myself with 10 broken fingers. After he a finished, I was UVing my hands in a machine that was intermittently shorting out during each :60 interval and will probably lead to a structure fire at some point. So now that the polish is dry, you can see all the imperfections, such as having more polish on my skin than I did on my actual nail. And THEN, ON TOP OF THAT, he charged us $25.00 each. When we walked into the place initially There's a sign on the door advertising a FULL SET of acrylic or solar nails with polish for $20.00. So, you're telling me that a basic manicure that a 6 year old could've have executed is more expensive than a full set of fake nails. Give me a break dude.
